Come stay in this very special loft, located in historic downtown Asheville, a romantic and unique city surrounded by the beauty of Western North Carolina's mountains.

Our loft is on the 3rd floor of a private and secure building, renovated and beautifully furnished to include a king size bed more comfortable than the one at home, a 52' television, satellite radio, central air, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

After a night of gallery hopping, catching a concert at one of the city's many music and arts venues, or spending the day hiking part of the Blue Ridge Mountains, wake up fully rested and explore the many unique and locally-owned boutiques, a 30 second walk from your front door. Be pampered at the elegant spa located next door, make dinner reservations at The Lobster Trap, located on the 1st floor of the loft's building, or dine at one of the many other restaurants that Asheville has to offer, all within walking distance.

This special loft will become your favorite place to get away, low-key but with more than enough amenities to make your stay special each and every time. A wonderful pied-a-terre for a romantic getaway, girlfriend weekend, or mother-daughter retreat.

Great location. We were in town for concerts and the unit is central to everything in town. The living space was spacious and comfortable. The owners were very responsive to every issue question we had. There is a parking lot across the street - 15 a day. The bedroom was cramped but the bed was comfy.

Perfect location for enjoying downtown Asheville

The wonderful condo is situated right downtown in Asheville and is an easy walk to everything we wanted to do. We went to the Asheville Comedy Festival at the Diana Wortham Theatre. Being able to walk for meals, shopping and evening entertainment was just perfect!

Downtown Loft

We had a very comfortable stay and the location was great! We did a lot of walking around Asheville, visited the NC Arboretum, and had a fantastic tour at Sierra Nevada Brewery. We thank Gene for working with us about the parking situation. We would definitely recommend this loft to others.

The bedroom was quiet and the bed was great. Wonderful location in building with elevator. Parking garage across the street is $20/day since a recent rate increase. Easy walk to South Slope from this downtown location.

Nice apartment with good living room natural light. Convenient location to downtown amenities. The bottom floor has a pot shop with a loud bar next door. However, the apartment is situated in a way there is no sound transmission.

PERFECT LOCATION

The Conti’s condo is in the heart of downtown Asheville and so convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. The parking garage is just a block away and it was so great to have free parking included. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. We had everything we needed for our week’s stay. The condo itself was so comfortable for just the two of us. It was so fun to open the windows on the street side and listen to music from down the street. When we went back to the bedroom at night not a sound could be heard so sleep was never disrupted. Loved the vibrancy of the city. The Contis were very responsive to the questions we had even though they themselves were on vacation. Couldnt ask for better owners. Highly recommend this condo!

Location, Location, Location

We truly enjoyed our 33 day stay at the property. You cannot beat the location. Right in the center of Downtown Asheville, you can walk anywhere. The local parking decks are just across the street. The condo has everything you need for a weekend or monthlong stay. The central location means you are in the heart of the action, and the noise, but the condo is high enough (3rd Floor) and the bedroom is well insulated from all the city noise. We loved the large king size bed and never had a problem sleeping. We had a few HVAC mechanical issues during our stay, but our host Gene quickly arranged the necessary repairs. The condo is on the third floor, and the Elevator was out for the majority of our stay as it is being upgraded, but we had no issues with the stairs, and they actually helped us to burn of the calories of all the delicious restaurant meals we enjoyed. Check in and check out were a breeze. We hope to return again soon.

Perfect in Every Way!

From the very first interaction with the host we were delighted, assured, and grateful. He answered our questions without delay and assured us that his loft was available and could accommodate us for a month. Upon arrival, entry was safe, easy, and convenient. The apartment/loft was immaculate beyond expectations. Even the towels were plush and brand new. The kitchen was supplied with everything we could possibly need and of excellent quality. The location is premium with every possible convenience a few steps away. From breakfast, to lunch, dinner, or late snack, if you choose not to use the kitchen, you can eat like a king. That even includes vegan and vegetarian choices galore. And if you like chocolate, I can personally vouch for “French Broad” and “Chocolate Fetish.” Although there are others, probably as good, I kept returning to these. As far as convenience to other activities, the loft is 10 or 15 minutes from incredible hiking of all difficulty levels in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Or just drive the Blue Ridge Parkway mere minutes from the loft. I found my daily exercise run through the Montford Historic District wonderful. It was under a quarter of a mile from the loft. I cannot think of a single negative comment. It was simply perfect!

Quiet gem in the middle of downtown

Comfortable, clean, fully furnished/stocked, and in a perfect location! We easily walked everywhere and even used public transportation (ART) to visit the River Arts District. Literally next to restaurants and shopping, in the middle of the architecture and urban self-guided tours, and perfect for relaxing at days’ end. I loved opening the windows and hearing live music in the evening. The bedroom is beyond comfortable and incredibly quiet. Plenty of closet and bathroom space - plenty of space in general. The hosts provided clear and detailed directions for arrival and parking, as well as a great list of recommendations. Everything was exactly as the listing and hosts said. One of our favorite trips to Asheville. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Downtown Location

My husband and I visited Asheville for our 33rd wedding anniversary New Year's Eve. What a great place to stay! Great location! Loft was as described. Clean, modern, had everything we needed for our stay. Gene and Betsy sent us a great email full of information prior to our visit with lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit. Parking garage was located across the street which is convenient for getting back and forth to the loft. There is lots going on in this area and we really enjoyed our visit. Urban Oasis

Perfect location for walks around town and access to attractions, restaurants and shops. Two large windows bring plenty of daylight into the space. Also enjoyed the decor and art work throughout the apartment, the comfortable bed, the instant hot water in the shower and the fact the unit was quiet. Check in easy was easy thanks to the thorough info from the hosts send in advance.
