Booking Information:

• Primary renter must be 25 years or older and stay at the property for the entire reservation
• No pets
• No smoking
• Parking is $40 per vehicle, collected by the HOA
• Maximum of two vehicles
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended during hurricane season, June through September
• Stays longer than 14 nights require a non-refundable deposit
