Step inside and be greeted by cool gray cabinetry and sleek stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen, where a breakfast bar seats four. Sit down, chat, and plan your day. Get on social media and show them where you are. Watch the beachgoers on the sand and the waves from the gulf as you are cooking your meal in the kitchen. The dining area seats six around a beautiful table made for long, laughter-filled meals. The living room invites you to relax on the leather couch or the loveseat. Watch as you stream your own shows using the provided smart TVs.

The expansive newly built balcony off the main level is your outdoor haven, featuring a dining area perfect for dinner while watching the beautiful Gulf sunset and sipping your favorite drink. When you wake up in the morning have your morning coffee while looking at the water, sand ,and people walking by. This balcony connects directly to the sand just one short flight of stairs down via a new boardwalk. There is another balcony upstairs. The Captain's private balcony offers more shaded seating and stunning views of the beach and the sea.

Kids and the young at heart will love the cozy bunk nook tucked in the hallway, just before the Second Mate’s quarters—a serene main-floor king bedroom with lighthouse and sail ship decor and in-suite access to the shared bathroom.

Upstairs, the Captain’s Quarters is the crown jewel of the home. Lying down on a king bed, listening to the sound of the waves coming in through the door of the private balcony access, it’s the perfect place to relax on your vacation.
The ensuite bath features a walk-in shower and beach-inspired finishes. Just across the way, the First Mate’s quarters offers a tranquil escape with a queen bed, elegant ship-themed decor, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo.

The view is the very best part of this condo. It is actually on the beach with nothing but sea grass and palm trees between your back porch and the Gulf. The place was beautiful, very clean, nicely decorated and welcoming. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. We will be back!

We really enjoyed the house. It is clean and spacious. We wished there was more seating in the living room. For a house that sleeps 8 there is only seating for 5 in the living room. But that’s not a terrible problem when you’re at the beach.

Great place to stay!

This is our second year staying at this property with another family with young kids. It’s a great location close to things to do or perfect for spending the whole day at the beach. Property stocked with essentials and clean. One thing we sorely missed this year is a vacuum (last year there was one) so we can keep the condo clean while we stayed. A short broom and pan doesn’t cut it for a beach condo when you are battling sand. Other than that, we love the condo and hope to come back again!

The house was gorgeous and very spacious. We loved the private porch and the beach wasn't crowded. There is a pool advertised, but we were not able to find it. We also ran out of toilet paper after two days. There is no dish soap, sponges, salt or pepper. The kitchen is equipped with anything you would need to make dinner. Overall, we had a great time.

Last minute trip with the kids before school started

Property was as described, right on the beach, conveniently located by Publix and Winn Dixie. Pots/pans available but bring storage containers if you plan to store leftovers. Regular coffee pot, bring filters and coffee. There is an additional ice maker on the first floor with the washer and dryer, very handy. For filling coolers on your way down to the beach. This unit is the furthest from the pool but it's not a bad walk. Overall, a nice place to stay with teenagers!

Updated townhome, great balcony’s overlooking the beach. Comfortable accommodations with basics for cooking at home with pots, pans & cookware. Mgmt company very responsive & easy to communicate with. Great set up for adult couples each bedroom has a full bath. Wish the TV’s were SMART so we could stream… but good cable selection available. WiFi strong enough to support working remotely. Great location, far west side of PCB, only 10 minute drive to Rosemary. 25 minute drive to ECP airport. Grocery stores / CVS within a mile of the townhouse.

This is our first time renting through VRBO for the condo, but the rental was easy and handled very well by the rental company! We love the private beach area! The only very minor downside of the condo was there was no plastic dishware/drinkware. I know this may sound like an odd concern but being a larger condo advertised with families welcome, anyone that has kids knows that kids and glass don't mix. In prior condos we have stayed at there was always been a mix. But, by no means is this a dealbreaker for next time, we just need to prepare better.

Nice place but AC does not work consistently

Make sure you ask if the AC unit has been replaced or updated before you book! It was a nice property but by early afternoon the temperature in the unit was up to 78 degrees. The property management team was easy to communicate with and after 3 calls they sent a repairman who admitted it couldn’t be fixed without replacing the whole unit. Luckily he showed us how to reset the compressor which my husband had to do at least once per day throughout the rest of the week. They did bring some fans, but with temperatures in the upper 90’s they weren’t very helpful.

Nicely updated and great location with a garage

We enjoyed our stay at this recently updated townhome. It was furnished very nicely with eve thing we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable. Having a garage was a huge plus as it allowed us to store our bikes, beach gear and fishing poles without worry and we still had room to park a full size pickup. The location was excellent and the beach was amazing as usual. The unit is on the very end so the only downside was the garbage dumpsters were on the other end which is about 150 - 200 yards away. That is also where the pool is which we didn’t use. Check in was easy although the instructions said you have to get a parking tag from the office only to find out the tags were actually already in the unit. No big deal, but the instructions should be updated. The TV in the living room would not work and after some investigation someone had unplugged the HDMI cable which was an easy fix. Overall a great place that is furnished nicely with very comfortable beds in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Inlet Beach is a great area, not as crowded as other areas in PCB.
