Former fishermen's house with a lot of charm 100m from the white sandy beach of Pointe Primel and a pretty little fishing port, located in the bay of Morlaix and at the foot of the GR34 <br>Pleasant house, direct access to the garden with a secure entrance, private parking on site. House for 5 people. Ground floor access and exit to direct garden.<br>House of 95 m2 and living room of 42 m2

Maison d'une propreté impeccable, moderne, très confortable ou rien ne manque.J'ai cependant moins apprécié la proximité du voisinage et le très petit jardin car mes enfants ont besoin d'espace, heureusement une superbe plage surveillée est à 100m.Très bon séjour.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. sehr schön gelegenes Haus, mit toller Ausstattung und Strandnähe. Mehrere Restaurants fussläufig Erreichbar. Abgeschlossener PKW-Stellplatz.

Vacances parfaites

Nous avons passé 3 semaines merveilleuses et très relaxantes dans cette belle maison de vacances. L'accueil de Mme Hamon a été chaleureux. La maison est très confortable et meublée de façon moderne avec beaucoup d'attention portée à la décoration. L'emplacement était parfait pour nos besoins, juste au bord de la mer et de la plage, au calme dans une petite rue. Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances et nous reviendrons certainement.

Un séjour ressourçant !

Location très agréable, tout à fait conforme à la description. Rien ne manque. Environnement calme, où l’on peut profiter des beautés du Finistère, à la plage, en promenade sur le sentier des douaniers ou encore en vélo (pour les plus sportifs) Un grand merci à Irène pour la qualité de son accueil et sa bienveillance au quotidien. Un très bon séjour

Maison agréable, bien située en plein cœur de primel à proximité a pieds des restaurants et de la plage. Nous avions quelques craintes sur le potentiel bruit émanant du bar juste à côté mais finalement aucun souci de ce côté là ! La maison est mitoyenne de chaque côté ce que la photo de l’annonce ne laissait pas voir mais là encore ça n’a pas du tout été un problème (l’un des côtés est le jardin des propriétaires qui ne l’utilisent pas). La maison est moderne, bien équipée et très confortable avec place de parking privative. Il y a un petit jardin ensoleillé très calme et agréable avec table, petit salon et transats. Tout est bien conçu pour une famille de 4 ou 5 avec jeunes enfants. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bain et WC ce qui est un gros plus ! Bref excellent séjour de 3 semaines dans cette maison qui cochait toutes les cases !

Sejour tres agreable

Maison grande ,pratique,equipement moderne. Tres propre.Jardin agreable. Tres calme et reposant. Chambres à l etage avec wc et salle d eau ou de bain par chambre. Plage à 50 metres et belles balades en bord de cote à pied et en voiture.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison calme et tranquille au milieu des chants d'oiseaux. Nous n'avons manqués de rien , elle est très propre et confortable avec un décoration moderne et pleine de gouts. merci a Iréné pour son super accueille et sa gentillesse.
