This two bedroom, two bath townhouse-style condo is located along the third hole of the Bald Mountain Golf Course and has magnificent views of Bald Mountain. This end-unit features a large front deck with a table, and seating for six with seat cushions available in the front closet, and more privacy given its end-of-building location.
On the main level, there is a vaulted living room with two couches, a rocking chair, and a large flat panel TV with both Netflix and YouTube streaming service installed. The fireplace is non-functional and is for decorative purposes only. In the combined kitchen/dining area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that seats six. The U-shaped kitchen has an electric range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric griddle, and coffee maker. The utility closet houses a stack washer and dryer. In a hallway closet, there is a selection of games for the enjoyment of the entire family. This level also includes a Sunroom beyond the dining area with comfortable wicker furniture (seating for six), and another TV for additional family gatherings. The main level also includes the master bedroom with two double beds, ample drawer space, a TV, and an adjoining full bathroom with tub and shower.
The second level includes loft-style bedroom, with two beds (one King and one Double), ample drawer space, a TV, and an adjoining full bathroom with tub and shower.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit. There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.

The resort is fantastic with lots to do. The boys golfed, the ladies went to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and hiked a bit. Several good and snack options. The accommodations are a bit dated but adequate. The kitchen could use more utensils and large spoons/spatulas. We had to wash forks after every meal.
