The Dolce Apartment offers a sublime and peaceful setting, located as close to the seaside as to the city centre. You will be less than a 10-minute drive from beaches, restaurants, bars, pubs, supermarkets, and 10 minutes from Cannes, as well as approximately 25 minutes from Nice airport.
Ideally situated between land and sea, there are numerous activities for all ages, such as scuba diving, golf, mountain bike rentals, hiking, buggy rides, visits to neighbouring villages, and visits to the Mandelieu-La-Napoule castle.
For your enjoyment, there are seaside bars, restaurants, the Pullman casino, pubs, and more.

The ground floor villa consists of:

1 fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room.
1 living room with a sofa, dining table, and television overlooking the terrace facing the pool.
2 bedrooms with double beds.
1 extra bedroom with a single bed.
1 bathroom with a bathtub.

The terrace features a garden lounge, a large dining table, and a gas barbecue.
You will also have access to a landscaped garden and a heated pool with beautiful night lighting.
A pool house is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a petanque court, and a ping-pong table.
You can securely park up to 4 vehicles on-site.

Parties and events are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.

(The garden may be shared with the owners living upstairs a few months of the year).

ACCESS FOR TRAVELERS
Travellers will have exclusive use of the apartment only; the outdoor area may be shared with the owners living in the upper apartment a few months of the year.
Travellers will be personally greeted upon arrival.

ADDITIONAL FEES
Linens are provided for stays of 6 nights or more; they will be optional and available for an additional fee for stays of less than 6 nights and upon request.
A request for an additional payment may be made for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.

SERVICE
To facilitate your arrival, check-in will be done online via a link that will be sent to you once the reservation is confirmed. Following this, you will have access to a digital welcome booklet available throughout your stay. You will find all the information related to the arrival procedure, the operation of the accommodation, good addresses, and more.

DEPOSIT
A deposit in the form of an online bank authorisation may be requested at the time of booking depending on the platform you choose to book our accommodation.
