We loved this property. Lots of room for our family of 9. Kitchen is well stocked with everything that is needed. The property manager was so nice and great to work with.
Convenient to all the fun places and adventures.
Highly recommend this property
The cabin was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is that most of the beds are very hard which made it very difficult for sleeping. There was also a lot of trash in the woods below the deck.
Cabin is large and decorated nicely. Beautiful views from the deck. The cabin was very clean except for jetted tub in master suite. The game area and hot tub was very nice. I was disappointed with the pool closing at 6pm on Saturday, when the sun set is after 9pm.

Basically good, however the house definitely needs brighter lighting in great room & kitchen. Also we had a handicap individual,so accommodations in the first bathroom would be helpful.

Thank you for letting us know about the lighting in the great room and kitchen. Also, I apologize for any misunderstanding concerning handicap accommodations. The listing description mentions a ramp from the parking area to the main level deck as well as a bedroom and bathroom on the main level, but the cabin does not have any interior modifications that make it handicap accessible. Sorry for any confusion. Thanks
It was a beautiful house with lots of room for everyone! Everyone really enjoyed the game room and the big porch with beautiful views! It was very clean and a big table for everyone to stay in and cook dinner! The only downfall was the house is very noisy! You can hear everything so bring a sound machine if you are a light sleeper! Other than that, it was great!
Our stay was really good from checking in to checking out. We did notice that the cabin needed a hood dusting high up along with some other stuff we listed on the checkout paperwork. The space was nice and big. I do wish they’d pick up trash vs having to take it to the office during business hours. But overall great stay!
If there was one thing to complain about it would be the lack of communication from VRBO and the status of billing. We tried to contact VRBO without success; we finally contacted the property manager (Volunteer Cabin Rentals) and received a quick response that our final payment did apply to our balance.
It would also be wise to personally take extra towels for hot tub use. Not enough towels for total described occupancy.
Overall we had a good time and the cabin met our accomodations for the 11 of us. Nice view from the cabin. The cabin game room items were not in good shape which was a disappointment. The cabin needs TLC inside and out. Large overhead windows were very dirty and outside areas need pressure washing. We had to call maintenance to get the fireplace going. The maintenance guy did show up in a timely manner. It appears the owners don't pay much atttention to this rental. I brought up some of these items to Jon upon checkout and he did reimburse us a small amount. I guess, bottom line, for the high rental charges, I expected better.

The cabin was ok, and the host was great! The road to the cabin was very narrow and extremely curvy and hard to navigate; especially with the church bus and u haul. I’d not recommend it. The downstairs area hadn’t been cleaned very well, either. There was urine on the toilet seat, and the fridge was dirty. It smelled very musty and was outdated.

Thank you for staying with us. I wish you would have mentioned before you reserved the cabin that you were bringing a church bus and Uhaul. Although church buses can certainly make it to this cabin, had we known you were bringing oversized vehicles we would have suggested that you leave the Uhaul in our office parking lot if that would have made it easier for you. The cabin was checked just before your arrival and none of the cleaning issues you mentioned were noted, but I will certainly check on the musty smell you mentioned. Thank you for your feedback.
Everything gets 5 stars, but the location, in relation to the strip, was a bit distant and with so many curves, it was not something we looked forward to. But, once there... very nice!
Very pleased with the property. Perfect for our family. Only issue we would mention is that the community pool, is not really in the community. Took about 15 to 20 minute drive to get there. Also, it appears that MANY communities use the pool!
That said, it was a nice house and comfortable.
I got this Vacation for my family for Christmas so we could all spend time together. The Cabin was perfect other than it needs a deep clean along with maybe sprayed for spiders. We lovereed our stay and the office managers were awesome. We want to make this a yearly adventure so we will defiantly be back
The property is in a great location, good views and is comfortably accommodates a large group. Some of the amenities (pool, foosball, etc) were nice.
This house has the potential to be a 5* property, but currently shows age and needs some upkeep, at a minimum some deep cleaning. One of the pet complaints of our group was that the main dining table had a sticky top surface, making it very unusable. Apparently there has been another review with a similar feedback recently, and it hasn't been taken care of.
Also, limited supplies were available inside the house. There were no extra linens. It rained one night during our stay, and we also observed a leak (roof?) in one of the bedrooms.
This house is really lovely! The pictures don't even do it justice. It is very well maintained and comfortable. The game room is loads of fun, as is the hot tub. There is a great view of the mountains and lots of rockers and swings to sit on for viewing. Our bed was a bit firm, but the bedroom and bathroom were both spacious. Plenty of room for our group of 7. The approach to the house is steep and winding, but that is how you get a good view of the surrounding area. It is a great property that I would gladly stay in again.
The kitchen table was clean but had a sticky surface not sure what that was all about. Some of the TV’s didn’t work. Beautiful view made it all worthwhile
This cabin was perfect for our family gathering. It was clean and spacious. Clearly, they have put great thought into making sure that renters are happy with their stay. The main living areas were wonderful, the game room in the lower level was lots of fun for the family, and the hot tub and the large balconies provided spectacular views of the mountains. I would highly recommend the cabin to others.
