Loved this house. Linda was great and was available to any questions or concerns that we had. We were pleasantly surprised by how large the pool was, our party ranged from ages 2-65 and everyone loved our stay! And it’s pet friendly! Only complaint would be that we asked for the Jets in the spa to be turned on during our last night and they turned on the next morning lol but it was not a big deal. Highly recommend.

Our goal is always to provide a safe, respectful environment for both our guests and the surrounding neighborhood. To clarify, exterior security cameras and a decibel monitor are in place to ensure compliance with local occupancy and noise ordinances—common requirements for short-term rentals in our area. These devices do not record inside the home, and their presence is disclosed in our house rules. The check-in verification process, including confirming the number of guests, is also standard and helps us ensure the home is prepared and used in line with local regulations. Regarding the interior lock, it is a common safety feature designed for security, but we will have our team recheck its setup to ensure it complies with fire safety codes. We appreciate you sharing your concerns and will continue to look for ways to improve our communication and guest experience.
