Enjoy a 3-car garage, a vast grassy backyard with a pool and spa, a playhouse for kids, smart TVs, and the convenience of being near the Las Vegas Strip and the airport. This fully fenced, secure, and pristine property is an incredible steal at under $1499.

You will have access to the entire property, everything is private, nothing is shared. We don’t provide propane for the fire pit or the grill, you’ll have to get the tanks refilled yourself at any gas station or Home Depot.

Pool and spa can be heated for a small charge.

No street or driveway parking allowed, all cars have to be parked inside the garage.

Please note that this is a strictly NO PARTY - NO EVENT house.

The property is in a convenient southeast Las Vegas location, just off Russell Road near the intersection of major routes. You’ll be close to the airport and the Strip, but also in a quiet residential area that gives you a nice balance of access and relaxation.
