Welcome to Parakeet Estates! A 3-story newly remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront home located in Key Largo’s Pirate’s Cove. Feel free to bring your own boat or rent one nearby and park it at the 50-ft dock. On the ground floor you will find a private bedroom with a bathroom en suite. The heart of the home is on the second floor where you will find the kitchen with all new appliances, the living and dining rooms along with 2 bedrooms with queen beds and another bathroom. Outside on the veranda you can enjoy your morning coffee as you spot the manatees or wave to the friendly boaters and kayakers. Up the spiral staircase is a gorgeous suite with 2 queen beds and a bathroom. If you love to stand-up paddle board (or would like to try), two are included for you to ride. Take them out to nearby Pelican Key bird sanctuary or to explore nearby mangroves. Access to community boat ramp and private beach are included. Just a short drive from John Pennekamp National Marine Park, Harry Harris Beach, plenty of great local cuisine and other attractions.

The house is very clean, nestled in a quiet community. We love sitting on the dock and enjoying the sunrises and sunsets while the manatees swim past. The house is close to restaurants and all sorts of water activities. We are looking forward to coming back in December!

Family Vacation

Home was well maintained, kitchen had everything we needed. Location was close to restaurants and the neighborhood was quiet. The owners were extremely helpful and answered all our questions promptly.

Lovely Home

My husband and I stayed here for almost 3 months. We loved the home, it was very clean and had enough towels and blankets for all 4 bedrooms. The kitchen had all the modern conveniences. The view of the bay was amazing and the deck a great place to drink our coffee and watch the sun rise. The neighborhood was quiet and close to all the restaurants.We loved it so much we booked again for the 2025-2026 season!

The property was beautiful, super clean, with an abundance of towels and cooking utensils. Being able to use the 2 paddle boards was a bonus for us as well. Jessie was super helpful when we had AC issues and got someone to fix it on a Holiday weekend!! Manatees were everywhere in the canal! Thanks so much for a great month!!
