In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Narrow motor access to the house (2 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Shop 2 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop "Schiltach, Vor Eulersbach" 1.4 km, railway station "Schiltach" 2.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km. Golf course (9 hole) 12 km, tennis 4 km, riding stable 10 km, cross country ski track 3 km. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) living room with satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC and hydro massage bath. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
