My wife and I grew up in this region. About 18 years ago, we designed this house together for our family and lived here with our four children until a few years ago. We now use it ourselves as a fun vacation spot, to just relax or have a fun time with friends.

Why they chose this property

The house has a particular flair thanks to its accurate architectural techniques. It was built with natural building materials and many kinds of wood and is well-lit thanks to the large and narrow windows. The solid wood flooring in all the rooms gives a warm and comfortable ambience. The house is located at the edge of town and thus enjoys a full view of the green meadows to the west with their typical Black Forest character. It is located right next to a small stream in which there are still rainbow trout. The location is particularly well suited for small children and people looking for peace and quiet.

What makes this property unique

The house is very family friendly as it was built for a very large family. A large garden is perfect for playing games and relaxing. The modern construction style and the layout leave nothing to be desired for a pleasant stay.
