Good location with enjoyable screen porch.

This a nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. The screen porch ia great for relaxing and seeing desert wildlife. Complex has two swimming pools and direct access to the Ventana Canyon hiking trail The book collection was a plus for our group.

Condo retreat in the mountain foothills

The complex where the condo was located is very nice. We were close to everything and even had a hiking trail adjacent to the property. We visited Sabino canyon, the Botanical gardens, 4th avenue shopping and more. We always enjoy visiting Tucson. The Condo was comfortable and we loved that it was a ground floor location.

Nice condo, but wouldn’t rent again

Adequate All the ?’s you asked were favorable. The ?’s not asked 1) no instructions w/ tv 2) no instructions w/ heating/cooling system, it had been pre programmed 3) it’s dark, needs a screen door in the front

Thank you very much for your 5 stars rating! Our condo is located in one of the best buildings of the complex with amazing views and incredible privacy. We remodeled it just a year ago and replaced all windows with the picture type in the living room which brings more natural light into the condo. In addition we installed 9 LED ceiling lights to make all space brighter so we are a little bit confused with your comment about darkness. The TV details are in the listing but if you can't find it we are happy to assist you like we did when you contacted us during your staying. The thermostat is an usual Aprilaire with an easy navigation just to choose between modes and manage temperature up and down. It's not pre programmed and if you have any question we are ready to help and assist our guests.
