Amazing Mountain and Canyon Views! 3 Beds / 2 Baths Condo.

Welcome to condo 9146!

Our premium vacation rental is situated in an ideal location, next to the main pool, but with the feeling of seclusion and privacy with spectacular mountain, golf, and desert views. Keyless entry with your code.

A private, extended, and elevated patio is perfect for relaxation, entertaining, and wildlife viewing. A hiking trail off the patio. The views of the canyon and Catalina Mountains are breathtaking.

This condo has the following upgrades, including HUGE PICTURE WINDOWS, granite, counter-top, stainless steel appliances & tile floors throughout. The living room, kitchen, dining, primary, and 2nd bedroom all have magnificent views. The 3rd bedroom can be used for your extra guest or as a private study.

The spacious living room boasts leather furniture, a 75" smart flat-screen TV, a soundbar, high-speed wireless internet, and Blue Ray DVD player. The dining room has an extended table (seats 6) with a picture window.

The kitchen is equipped with upgraded kitchenware, Keurig, or a drip coffee maker. (Coffee is provided.) We also provided basic kitchen items and supplies, including paper and cleaning products.

Free WIFI, covered parking, fitness center, and 3 heated swimming pools, 2 of which have spas and barbeque. The main pool/spa is only steps away.

The primary bedroom features a huge picture window with mountain views, a king-size bed with a 3" mattress topper, a 32” smart flat-screen TV and soundbar, a walk-in closet with wooden hangers, and a master bath with a glass door and a walk-in travertine tile shower.

The second bedroom also has lovely views and a large closet. This room is versatile; the beds could be arranged as a King bed or split into twin beds. Please let me know your preference.

The third bedroom features a full-size bed, an office desk with a chair, and a large closet.

The second bathroom is located next to the second and third bedrooms. It features a soaking tub with a shower and updated bath fixtures.

A washer & dryer, cleaning supplies, soaps, shampoos/conditioner, hairdryer, bath & swimming towels, and ice chest are provided.

We had a wonderful time in this condo. The owner has a customer skill like no other, as soon we open the door we feel so welcome music in the background, donuts …. The highlight was the patio with so manny birds and an absolutely wonderful view. We recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful rest. Thank u Barbara we will be back!

The condo was just perfect for my family. The furnishings were in keeping with the desert location, the patio with its view of the mountains of spectacular. I appreciate it having some coffee in the refrigerator to get us started the first morning. I also appreciate it the various bathroom supplies, including sunscreen. The pool was right next to our condo and it was lovely. I hope to visit again.

The Greens at Ventana

Views from almost every room. Near complete privacy. Fitness center and Jacuzzi in complex made our stay complete. Also our prompt, down to earth owner proximity to Sabino Canyon recreation area was outstanding.
