Homey Studio Apt in Asian Dist

Close to public transport, the Paseo arts district, Midtown, Uptown bars and restaurants, the Tower theatre with great live music and events, the OKC Capitol, History Museum. You’ll love this garage apartment because of the cozy feel and flexible functionality; and of course the location! It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. We are in the Asian District and blocks away from two other OKC Districts: Paseo and Uptown 23rd.

The space
This is a private, upstairs apartment that is in the heart of Paseo. The charming decor and cozy space will make you feel right at home! We also have high speed internet for those of you working while traveling. The entrance has an exterior staircase for an entrance. Note the cover photo is of Paseo Drive and not where you'll be staying. Paseo Drive is 7 blocks away. This spacious efficiency is a garage apartment.

Other things to note
This is an older apartment building that we have remodeled. The apartment is upstairs and has parking available under the unit. This is in a complex, and is behind the two story unit. The apartments face North. They are on the west side of Western Ave and south of 27th st.

Not a safe property to stay in.

Very unsafe. The place is above a garage like a beach house and when first going there the stairs are loose and rotting and railing is loose as well. When getting inside the floors feeling like they are going to fall in and have my soft vertigo and I started to get dizzy and I don't have it. It really was bad! Then we inspected below the garage and you can see a horrible fix where the floors did fall through! Also my soft could see me walking through the place. That is how thin the floors are! The property manager never got back to us so there is that so had to file a claim and the property looks like it's owned by a reality company! Just junky and I would not rent that place out of it was me until it was fixed.

Updated property, quiet neighborhood

The address is wonky on GPS but the description in the listing helped us find it. The building is a little older but the apartment was updated and clean. Quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors, easy parking. Great value! I’d recommend having a car to get to shopping and restaurants and other sightseeing. Very glad we stayed here and appreciate the host’s high level of communication!
