This single-story property offers: - Living room with a fully equipped kitchen (traditional oven), living room, and lounge - 3 bedrooms (2 queen-size beds - one of which can be converted into a twin bed, and one queen-size bed) - Shower room - Separate toilet with washbasin - Private indoor 6-seater hot tub, accessible year-round Outside, you'll enjoy the large 20m² covered wooden terrace with garden furniture and the gravelled courtyard for sunbathing. Three parking spaces are available in front of the rental. Additional Information: - Access to the shared indoor pool of the Residential Park in July and August (accessible from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a badge for site residents) - Fiber optics was installed in 2025 - Charging electric vehicles is prohibited at the cottage Just 20 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan and the Atlantic Ocean, and nestled in the foothills of the Landes de Lanvaux, Sulniac harmoniously blends countryside, seaside, and city proximity. Explore the town's 70 km network of marked trails for hiking, horseback riding, or mountain biking, and discover the remarkable heritage and varied, wooded landscapes.
