Enjoy an amazing golf view from the sunny living room of this 3 bedroom Lighthouse Road Villa. Nicely remodeled kitchen, new living room furniture and flooring, new large TV's and appliances, along with a fantastic new master bedroom suite and powder room are just some of the recent updates completed in this villa. Located a very short walk to the new Plantation Club Golf Complex and the beautiful Sea Pines Beach Club. This property's location is prime on Lighthouse Road.

Free bikes are included and will be waiting when you arrive. Use them on the many wide bike paths going just about everywhere within Sea Pines--You don't really need your car much for this vacation. Sea Pines also has a free trolley, another fun way to explore all the beauty and nature of Hilton Head. Parking is right in front of the villa. Bring your pet and enjoy all the dog friendly businesses and parks. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

All bed/bath linens are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs. Free clay court tennis is provided at a private tennis club-free upgraded wireless internet and Tv's in all rooms! Be sure to visit Harbour Town or the South Beach area, with tons of dining and entertainment possibilities.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

For your convenience, your Sea Pines vehicle pass and door code will be mailed to you prior to your arrival, eliminating the need for an extra stop when checking in. Simply drive straight to your villa, park and hit the sand!

Everything we needed was there. Clean, great neighborhood, quiet neighborhood. Dogs loved it and enjoyed watching the wildlife out the big windows. Would rent again!

We absolutely loved our 8 days here! The location was great. We rented bikes and rode them everywhere. We loved seeing the alligators, deer, different birds and all the wildlife! Definitely recommend.

Family time

We spent a wonderful week on Hilton Head Island. The house was in a wonderful location location. It had plenty of room for 5 adults and our fur baby. We look forward to our next trip to HHI, and hopefully our next stay at the same unit.

Hilton Head getaway with friends

We love Sea Pines and particularly this area. It’s close to Harbortowne but more importantly the beach. The place is a tad dated and needs a bedside table and lamp on the right side of the bed in upstairs queen bedroom.

Great place to stay

Our family stayed here for a week. The house was great and very functional. The location is close to the beach with easy access to the rest of Sea Pines by bicycle. It was a really fun time for our whole family.

Great Accommodations

We loved the place and the proximity to the beach and Beach Club. It was also great to be able to bike to Harbour Town. We couldn’t get the thermostat to regulate the temperature in the condo evenly, so it was almost always too warm upstairs and cold downstairs, but overall we were satisfied.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, convenient location to beach club and plantation golf course. Central to Harbor Town and Salty Dog. Manager was thorough and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would like to schedule our stay for next year.

Very comfortable accommodation and excellent location

This was a spacious, well furnished villa. The kitchen was excellent and it was a good location for our dog. The walk to the beach was easy. We had one small issue with the tv and Jessica came and fixed it immediately. We have already booked another villa in the neighborhood for next year.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful townhouse on Lighthouse Road!! It was absolutely breathtaking when we arrived and walked inside, there was so much space and room for our family of 5. The living room/ kitchen area was so open and spacious, and we all enjoyed hanging out, eating meals, and playing games in this space. The bedrooms were very comfortable and cozy and the bathrooms were very updated and nice as well! The location was great....so quiet and peaceful and so close to Harbour Town and South Beach, which we love visiting!! The beach and pool were very close, just a short drive, bike ride, or walk to get to, and they were both awesome!! Our sweet doggie was very happy here too, with great grassy areas to walk in and sniff!! Jessica was excellent with communication, and she made sure we had everything we needed before we came and while we were there!! I'm already looking forward to coming back again next summer!! Thank you for a wonderful week in HHI!!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time. Unit was perfect for our family. Great unit, great hosts! had a small issue (well not an issue just a tv not working in kids room, which was major for them lol). Our host was over to figure out in no time at all while we were at the beach, and even met our dog. Which is also awesome we could bring our pet. I think our spot was perfect, close to beach club which is awesome!

Property not in tip top shape. Grill was inoperable and walls and doors were searched and dinged. A/C vents need good cleaning. Description could be more detailed and accurate.

Great location for beach

Location to beach access was great. Depending on what you are taking to the beach easy walking distance. If you are hauling small kids, chairs and stuff plenty of parking it seemed to load up and short drive. Pool access is another thing. Have to drive there and getting signed up is not easy. But it was nice and not crowded. Villa had plenty of parking it seemed and close to a lot of attractions. It was clean, well stocked and could use some TLC but that is minor. If you like to grill, charcoal grill is all they have which if your not use to them it’s a hassle. Bugs in evenings made it tough to sit out too late. I would stay here again, but would look for the units with pool access and/or screened in porch and gas grill. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Great location, dated property

Great location, property had some nice updates. Many other items such as upstairs tub, all window coverings, closet and interior doors, AC vents, microwave, mattresses and bedding need replacement. The exterior entrance walkway carpet and door also need replacement. Exterior landscaping is overgrown and was not serviced during our stay. Parking lot flooded during one rain on Thursday.

Had a fabulous spring break

We had a wonderful spring break! The property was perfect in space, bedrooms and location to the beach club. It was just a short 7 minute walk to the beach club which was so clean and private. Each of my daughters brought a friend on our spring break and there was something for everyone. I loved being close to Sea Pines center (the coffee shop c'est bon and low country produce was wonderful in the morning). The only suggestion I would say is to include 4 bikes instead of 2. It would have been nice to have more bikes for my girls and there really weren't bikes available to rent.

As described, nice stay in Sea Pines

The property is accurately described and in a good location. The golf course is beautiful. Two things to note, the layout is open concept with vaulted ceilings so noise travels throughout the home. And while no pool is listed, don’t expect to be able to get into one nearby. All of the pools in Sea Pines require an entry code. There is one pool 2 miles away where you can buy a pass for the day or week. It is not a long walk to the beach and the bikes were great to get to and from. Enjoy!
