We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Arras in the historical center, this charming apartment in duplex, luminous, of a surface of 37 m ² and being able to accomodate until 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom on the mezzanine and a shower room. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

Roadworks will take place from 22/04/2024 to 07/05/2024 in the rue du logement. There may be some noise pollution.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with blackout blinds of 30 m² with a TV (netflix subscription), a sofa bed, armchairs, an office area and a dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), dressing room, and library.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

The apartment is ideally located in Arras, in a very pleasant environment within the historic district with a view of the belfry from the street. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Arras is the capital of the Pas de Calais region and is located in the Artois region. It is the center of a rich architectural and memorial heritage linked to the Great War of 14/18. Arras, city of Robespierre and Vidocq, is famous for its two magnificent cobbled squares as well as for its belfry dating from the 10th century and its citadel built by Vauban (both classified as a remarkable site by Unesco) but also for its famous Andouillette, its magnificent Christmas Market and its concerts in the world-famous "Main Square.
- Tourist sites: visit the city of Arras and the Artois region with notably the Mont Saint Eloi, the sites of memory of the Great War 14/18: Canadian Memorial of Vimy, Necropolis of Notre Dame de Lorette and its museum... in the mining region: In Lens: the mining base of 11/19, its slag heaps of Loos en Gohelle and its "corons", classified by Unesco since 2012...
- Cultural visits: The Belfry of the city (listed by Unesco), Arras can also be discovered from its depths, 12 meters underground, the boves are old chalk quarries dug in the 10th century forming a very large network of galleries, the Wellington Quarry, the Canadian memorial of Vimy, the Louvre Lens with its reserves and workshop for restoring works of art of the famous Parisian museum, further .... the historical mining center of Lewarde... Cambrai and its famous "Bétise", Béthune and its Belfry ... Lille and its district "Vieux Lille" ...
- Gastronomic heritage: the "Andouillette d'Arras" (a quality artisanal sausage), the "Coeur d'Arras" cookie speciality, and the numerous specialities of the North of France that you can discover with the local craftsmen during the 2 weekly markets on Wednesday and Saturday mornings...
- Events : the "Andouillette" festival, the "Arras Main Square" concerts at the Citadelle, the film festival, the "Ville de Noel", the largest Christmas market north of Paris, the "Route du Louvre Lens" race, the Racing Club de Lens matches (best public in France), hikes and marathons, ... and many congresses and exhibitions all year long.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public pay car park on the street or in the free car park located 10 minutes walk from the flat.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Free shuttle bus "Ma citadine" at 50 meters, connecting several districts including the train station.
- Nearest train station: Arras train station located at about 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot, 50 minutes by Direct TGV from Paris, 20 minutes by Direct Ter from Lens and 35 minutes by Direct TER from Lille, Capital of Flanders.
- Nearest airport: Lille-Lesquin airport located about 35 minutes by car.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- For stays of more than 14 nights, an intermediate cleaning is recommended. This service is charged at 44€ and must be paid on site by cheque or cash.
- Free Wifi available (fiber optic).
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The building is composed of 3 apartments that can accommodate 8 people. You can book the two other apartments if available, "Les Potiers 1" "Les Potiers Rdc".
