You're own private pool & spa at the Oasis!

Find serenity at the Oasis... Our place is one of four units in the Rio del Sol community with its own private pool & hot tub. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is more like a single family home as it has no common walls and no neighbor to the north side. With plenty of seasonal events like Coachella & Stagecoach festivals, Modernism Week, The Palm Springs International Film Festival, BNP Paribas Tennis Open, The Desert Classic & Joshua Tree National Park nearby, there is plenty for every traveler.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return the keys that were in the lockbox at checkin to the lockbox if you haven't already and be sure to leave the extra sets of keys on the kitchen counter.
Also, don't forget to leave the garage remote! We had a few people drive home with it. Thanks!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A fee of $35/day will be applied for use of the pool/spa heater

Work Retreat

I had a very enjoyable experience working remotely for a month with sunshine and palm trees. The house and pool were perfect for what I needed and Steve was very responsive. I'm already looking forward to next year!

Steve, Teff, Mia and Ila live in Los Angeles, but purchased this home from Steve's parents in order to have a place to stay close by when they visit Papa Joe without being on top of him & Kristine in their retirement. If you run into trouble, Papa Joe might swing by to fix odds and ends or show you how to work the pool.... he might talk your ear off too.

Why they chose this property

We loved spending time here when my father lived here and we were looking to purchase something in the area as an investment in our own retirement. There is nothing like relaxing in the pool and looking at the mountains while sipping a fine California wine. An evening stroll around the neighborhood with the dog is peaceful too... even if the kids are cruising on their longboards. The pavement is perfect for an evening skate.

What makes this property unique

While there are multiple pools available in the gated community, its nice having your own private pool even if there is one across the street...
