We got to the cabin it was dirty. Cob webs was everywhere. Tried to reach out and to forever to get a response. They said they sent someone out the day before our arrival but if they had they DIS NOT know how to clean. Will not be booking with them again. I clean homes and factories for a living and this was not clean. The dryer wouldnt dry the pool towels either! Needs some attention and love for sure!

I hate to leave a review that’s not 100% happy but, the cabin was a little less than par in a few areas. It needs to be cleaned better and needs a few updates. The downstairs rock shower that looks really awesome in pictures is not fit to shower in. It had fungus growing in the cracks and smelled like urine. The bed comforters were dusty and the two couch pull-out mattress need to be replaced or cleaned. They were yellow. The game room pool table had broken cues and not worth playing on. We also found dog/cat poop under the couch in the basement. Last but not least, the kitchen is not fully stocked for the size of group the house is able to hold, and the worst part was the dishwasher was broken. It very inconvenient to be on vacation with a large group of people and have to clean all dishes by hand. For the price per night we paid all of these amenities should have been better.

Issues since arrival. Only stayed 2 nights. Never came to check the plumbing issue or clean the water from the sink leaking everywhere. Never sent someone to clean the cabin or replace moldy furniture. Sent an email with all the pictures and list of issues. Never responded. Upon checkpout, said they never received the email and only offered 350 credit for a future stay, and that was only after going back and forth for 30 minutes. Absolutely refused any kind of monetary reimbursement. Never staying there again.1) Lights flickering in 1st floor bedroom.2) Leaking ceiling in 1st floor bedroom3) No electricity in 2nd floor bedroom above kitchen (lights don't come on, outlets don't work)4) Moldy furniture in pool area5) Dirty pool furniture, not cleaned (pill wrapping, bugs and dirt on and under cushions)6) HOT tub smells like mold7) Loveseat in living area dirty (hair, garbage and debris under cushions)8) pull out sofa in living room had cereal in it, flew out when opened. I would like to talk to the property owner personally. I tried to navigate the website and app and unsuccessful at finding direct contact information. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. I took pictures to show you if you could please contact me directly. Hundreds of dead insects and mouse feces were found in multiple locations of the property. The fireplace in the living room didn’t work, the grill on the porch was disgusting and there was not enough propane to cook on it. There were also some other minor concerns such as lack of supplies…no pizza pan, no hand soap or bathing supplies-only bar soap, very few washcloths, only one dish rag and dish towel. The windows were very dirty and there was thick dust in multiple locations. The WiFi was terrible. We were not able to get a very good connection that stayed connected enough to get online. The pool cover was ripped when we arrived and off of the pool (which is also very dirty). The water pressure was like a trickle upstairs on the 1st and 2nd floors. The water that we did have was lukewarm and smelled like fish. A large cleaning fee is paid when staying at these properties and your guests should have a clean place to stay!! There is trash all over the property! When looking down from the deck the trash surrounds the cabin!! I was hoping for a better experience. The view was nice and so was the hot tub, but that is the most positive comment I can make about the property!

Overpriced & Lacking in cleanliness
Sheers were used to cover the windows. In the living room & one upstairs bedroom they were torn (over 1 foot long for both). There were so many nails sticking up in the deck, a leftover water bottle from a prior guest was on the deck, a piece of glass was on the dining room floor along with a wad of paper, eggs were all over 2 spatulas we went to use, food had been spilt in the refrigerator, a toilet paper roll still in its paper wrap was under the sink in the master bathroom had been wet & dried (it was distorted & out of shape). In the pool area the windows & doors were loaded with spider webs & eggs plus dirt and my daughter stepped on a screw in the bottom of the pool. Between the nails sticking up in the deck & the screw on the bottom of the pool, we could have been seriously hurt. The property manager said she would refund me the cleaning fee only & not for the inconvenience of having to have the cleaning lady come out one day & the maintenance guy another day. When the maintenance guy was there, he was making repairs that had been reported over a month before our stay. Not a good property manager by any means!! Also, if you used the gas grill & used up the propane, it was your responsibility to buy a new one. What?!?!?! I took pictures of everything & offered to send them to the property manager (Nicole). She wasn't interested. I also said the property owner should know what was going on. Nicole's response was "We try to be as transparent as possible". I responded the owner has a right to know what's going on with their property in case they want to change property managers!

Rest assured, this is not our standard, and we truly hope for the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
This was an incredible cabin for our honeymoon! The only complaint we had was that the pool was not warm. However, the temperature dropped outside, so it could have been that. Overall, we had an incredible time and wished that we could have stayed much lonnger!

The beds were very uncomfortable, the pool was freezing it never warmed up so we couldn’t use it and they charge a pool fee, not enough pans for cooking, the furniture is outdated, they charge a cleaning fee but the cabin had spiderwebs and dirty windows and floors, the location is nice cause it is close to the attractions

Doesn't sleep 12. Only 3 queens. Not much pots, pans. Only 4 coffee cups. Needs restained or painted. Dirty floor , ended up with black feet if no shoes. Signs posted in kitchen and bthrooms not to use to much water or you can temporarily run out. Nice place to stay but not worth what was charged. Not a luxury property.
