The overall experience was excellent with the exception of the fact that all the kids who swim in the pool developed a rash. I’m not 100% sure what the cause was. My speculation was that it is a chlorine rash. After a couple of days of not swimming in the pool it has gone away. Besides that one negative experience everything else was a positive one.

This cabin was perfect! Booked last minute yet everything went so smoothly. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. We were sad to have only stayed the weekend, wished it could have been longer!

We had a large group with the wife/myself, 5 Kids and spouses and 9 grandkids from 3 to 18 that could make the trip. The bedroom layout was great for each kids family. The pool and game room area to keep them busy was a blessing. Highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The cabin is very nice, bedrooms are all nicely sized with en suite bathrooms. The kitchen/living/dining area is large with plenty of seating and space. The decks are nice, the hot tub was perfect, the pool was larger than I thought it would be and the kids really enjoyed it. The basement had lots to do for the teenagers and college kids with us. The walls are a little thin so it is loud if you’re in a downstairs bedroom with kids (or anyone loud really) above you but that’s the only drawback. The location is perfect, about 15 minutes to pigeon forge. We had a great time.

We loved the house it fit our whole family 15 beautiful. The amenity's were great to keep everyone busy. The pool could have been cleaned better, the bottom was slimy. Pseperate pool towels would be a plus.

Exceptional stay

We truly enjoyed our stay over this past weekend. With the exception of maybe a TV that wouldn’t turn off or a lamp that stayed on we had an amazing stay. It accommodated all of us and the pool was especially an amazing addition.

The cabin seems relatively new so most everything was in very good condition. We had plenty of space for a family of ten. The cabin is well stocked with kitchen wares. The beds are comfy and there is plenty of room in the bedrooms. The shower that was in my bedroom didn’t have a place to put toiletries. I had to put my soap and shampoo on the toilet lid and reach out to get it every time I needed it. Not very convenient but not a reason to skip this cabin. We had enough towels and supplies for our three night stay but if you stay longer you’ll need extras and maybe need to do laundry for towels. If we need to come back to this area and need a cabin we will definitely consider staying here again.

Outstanding Stay!

Our family was there April 27-May 2nd. We’ve stayed at other rentals, but none could compare with the cleanliness, size, comfortability, and communication as we had with this wonderful cabin. We loved everything about it! Even with a small pest issue, maintenance was on it very quickly. The beds were a dream to sleep on, and the theater room was awesome! I would stay here again without haste. Location was perfect to everything. Could use a couple more trash bins outside, but not a negative. Thanks for providing such wonderful memories for my family! We hated to leave.

Amazing!!

We had 19 family members from age of 2-60. We could have stayed at this property and never left! Relaxing and something for everyone to enjoy! The pool was perfect, the game room was a home run, the media theatre was beyond awesome, and the rooms were amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub each night of our stay. No one was on top of each other at anytime. The outdoor trash was not large enough for the week stay, so we had to leave with a few bags. I would recommend this property and we will be back!!

Spacious cabin

This cabin was great! We loved the movie room and the air hockey table. We loved the bedrooms having king beds and the large dining room table for games and meals. The televisions all had access to a lot of channels. The appliances were good, the dishes were nice, and the grill was great! The beds and pillows were comfortable and it was very clean. We loved that every room had its own bathroom. The pool was beautiful but wasn't very warm. When I think of an indoor pool, I think of a hotel pool where the water is really warm. I realize this probably can't be helped but there was a lot of trash in the area mainly because of the new construction. There wasn't any wax and sand for the shuffle board and the hot tub wasn't in the greatest shape for such new construction and really wasn't large enough for a house that size.

This was our family vacation, the first one we’d had in many years. We had 14 total ( one of our sons n DIL couldn’t come due to illness) the House is wonderful. Very spacious, lovely decks & great gathering areas Great set up for families. Couples. Groups. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. A few things. The bunk beds over the bed on 3rd floor-had ( 4-6) years old up there-the slats are too wide and 4 yr old fell out middle of night onto floor/on his back. Thankfully it wasn’t as bad as it could have been. Family loved the theatre & game room. We rented this house specifically because of pool/hot tub-thinking it’d be great fun for kids/adults. However we couldn’t use the pool the entire time. Water was freezing. We called & texted -Summit -the managing company & they kept telling us heater was working, it had been treated and inspected before we came. We requested for them to come check. Finally the day before we left -maintenance came out and the heating element wasn't working & couldn’t get it fixed for us at this point in time to use because he would have to order a new one. It was a big disappointment. The hot tub was wonderful for 2 nights then water was a brown color & it smelled bad. Family reported -no one came out, we asked the maintenance guy to check it, he said he’d send someone back out to check (while we were going hiking). It wasn’t fixed so it wasn’t used last 2 nights of our trip.
