The apartment is very spacious and well set out. It doesn't look like much from the outside but inside is very good. It was all clean and well equipped. There was an initial problem with the electrics but the owner responded quickly and got it sorted. Although it's on a main road, it's set back and we had no problem with car noise. It's also close to a small beach and in driving distance of lots of other lovely beaches.

Un bel appartement, bien équipé, situé juste à côté d'une petite plage abritée, tranquille, à l'eau clair. Elle n'est pas surveillée mais pas de courant dangereux. L'accès est rapide et facile. L'appartement est situé à 20 mn en voiture d'Ajaccio. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à côté, Super U est le mieux placé en prix (un fromage acheté à 11 au marché d'Ajaccio trouvé à Super U à 7 !) et il y a un très bon rayon de charcuteries Corse.La communication avec Sylvain s'est très bien passée et il est très arrangeant pour les arrivée et sortie.L'appartement est effectivement tout en long. La pièce de vie est très lumineuse et agréable, avec une belle cuisine équipée de qualité, et un grand frigo-congel à l'américaine. La chambre du fond est lumineuse aussi. La fenêtre de toit ne permet pas trop de faire des courants d'air mais l'appartement est équipé de clim dans les chambres et la pièce de vie. Les matelas sont bons, un peu moins pour celui du haut du lit superposé.On peut se garer facilement devant l'appartement. L'immeuble est très calme, on entend pas du tout les voisins, ni du dessus ni des côtés.Bref, c'était un super séjour.

L’appartement est au top , que se soit niveau équipement du logement , localisation du lieux avec une petite plage à 4 minutes à pieds devant l’appartement. Plein de brochure à disposition pour voyager et découvrir les lieux. Nous remercions Sylvain pour son accueil et d’avoir été là quand nous avons eu besoin d’aide . Je recommande vraiment. Séjour 8 au 16 septembre 2024 (3 personnes).

Appartement agréable, bien équipé, à proximité des principaux commerces (2 km à pieds), petite plage proche. par contre, manque d'ouvertures dans l'appartement, la seule en plus de la baie vitrée (porte d'entrée) étant une fenêtre de toit dans la chambre du fond.

Le meilleur endroit avec le meilleur hôte.

Ce joli appartement est très bien situé et possède tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un séjour près d'Ajaccio. De plus, l'hôte Sylvain est très soucieux du détail et s'assure que les vacanciers ont tout ce dont ils ont de besoin et il répond avec diligence aux questions. Vous ne regrettez pas votre séjour.

Superbe location

Appartement vu sur mer, très propre, bien aménagé, idéal pour une famille ( 2 adultes, 3 ados). En plein mois de juillet, nous avons fortement apprécié la climatisation dans chaque chambre ( + une dans la pièce de vie). Magasins proches, petite plage tranquille avec superbe vue juste en face de la maison et d autres plages plus grandes à 5- 10 min en voiture. Magasin de produits typiques juste en face (le gérant est super sympa et fait goûter ses produits). N hésitez pas, cet appartement est super.

Vacances agréables

Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir louer ce bien et de découvrir qu'il était bien situé. La vue et sa proximité avec la plage sont la cerise sur le gâteau. L'hôte est réactif lors de toutes demandes du début à la fin. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Ce logement est propre , silencieux et fonctionnel. Vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter !

Logement tres moderne et ultra équipé...petit exterieur tres calme....bien placé..il permet d etre proche de la partie tres animé de Porticcio et d aller tres rapidement sur les plages plus au sud, la petite plage à 100m est tres agréable et calme...
