Everything was great on our trip. The manager was easy to communicate with. We were 15 min from Teton National park and a few hours to Yellowstone, downtown Jackson was 20 min.

This home is very beautiful and comfortable. My best experience in this home was sitting on the sectional in the upstairs living room on our first night. I was seated near the open sliding glass door to the back porch (screen door closed); the cool breeze coming through the door and the sound of rustling aspen tree leaves was heavenly. Also, RMR management provides great communication, and they're very responsive to questions and concerns.

Thank you. The Timbers properties are only 11 years old. It has some new furnishings and a new hot tub. Maybe you were looking for a different aesthetic. We are always here to offer suggestions and have a ton of them to choose from.

Thank you for coming. There is no A/C in the downstairs. It is only on the main floor. We advertise this as having only Partial A/C. There are only two homes with full A/C as most basement levels don't need it. We'd be happy to discuss those if you can make it back for a return trip.
The property definitely needs some improvements.
-peeling paint in master bath
-2 of the 3 patio door screens wouldn’t glide properly on track and at least 1 had broken screens at edges
-Wi-Fi never worked in lower level
-hot tub was filled with debris and water was dirty
*Message on screen read ‘change water overdue by 53 days’
-air conditioning was broke
-slippery staircase
Several people fell on them with shoes on
-ants in master and master bath
-front door lock didn’t always work
-carpet in lower level is very worn
There was also a dead bird on the patio by hot tub. It had been there awhile from the looks of decomposition. Yes things die, it’s nature, but someone cleaning or checking the property should’ve seen it before our arrival. This falls on management team. As well as us not receiving a garage door remote control.
Our biggest issue was the a/c and that was escalated by the lack of communication with Rendezvous Rentals. When I called back to say it still wasn’t on after maintenance came the girl assured me it was until I told her it was set at 68 and the temp was reading 82. She then checked the file and said oh yeah we need to call a hvac company in & are having trouble finding one available. I did receive a credit for the air issue but the handling of it was horrible.
I also had to contact them before arrival regarding what the unit provided. I wasn’t told that shower products were there so we all packed them unnecessarily in carryons. I did receive a text with a link for dining recommendations the week before but by then it’s too late in high season to get reservations especially for a party of 6.
Hopefully you can rectify these items and future guests will have a better time than we did.

Thank you for your feedback. We've shared your review. We could have done better by you. We have no record of you reporting some of these issues, like the ants or the dead critter. The hot tub is checked weekly and was during your stay. They are probably not aware of the read out screen needing to be reset as this is a newer hot tub. We always encourage guests to reach out with questions regarding dining, activities and other questions, but we did send you our recommended vendors list with each payment. On there, there is a link to the area dining guide etc. We are here if you need us again in the future.

Amazing location and house. Super convenient to the mountains, Wilson, Jackson and the national parks!
Only bit of feedback I would offer is to upgrade the master suite mattresses. Lumpy and old. Everything else was excellent!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was luxurious, comfortable and spacious. And the location in Teton Village was great as well. Would definitely stay here again.
Check-in required picking up a welcome packet from the management company (as opposed to just getting in with a code), but that only required a few extra minutes, and was handled seamlessly.
Overall a very positive experience.
