It has a large living room open to the fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a terrace with patio, a private swimming pool, WIFI and air conditioning. All the rooms are on the ground floor and are furnished with great style.

The villa is located in the Country Club of Mazarron, which is in turn located in a beautiful environment. If you feel like playing golf, the Camposol Golf Course is only a 5-minute drive away.

The centre of the village of Mazarron is a 5-minute drive away and a 10-minute drive away you have the beaches of Puerto de Mazarron or Bolnuevo. If you are driving along the coast, there are beautiful bays for sunbathing and swimming.
