Here, tranquility reigns even in the height of summer, and yet it takes just 3 minutes by bike to reach the nearest shops, 5 metres to the Capbreton farmers’ market, and 10 minutes to the beaches of Capbreton or the centre of Hossegor and its marine lake
. A marked forest trail starts right next to the house, perfect for family walks or jogging amid unspoiled nature.
The 150-square-meter villa, entirely on one level, is surrounded by a beautiful 1,000-square-meter landscaped garden featuring various species of palm trees, banana trees, and other shrubs surrounding a private pool. Inside, all the furniture, decor, and bedding are brand new.
The villa’s location, not far from direct access to the highway, allows you to reach Bayonne in 20 minutes and Biarritz in 30 minutes.
