Very nice duplex of 67m2 with all comforts equipped for 10 people in Risoul Station 1850 (ski area of the Forêt Blanche Vars Risoul and its 185km of slopes), It is facing South-East on the 6th floor in the residence Les Balcons de Sirius at the foot of the slopes with indoor swimming pool and sauna, close to shops and restaurants.
Ski locker on the ground floor.

It comprises on level 1: an entrance hall with a sleeping area (2 single bunk beds), a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, an equipped kitchen and a living room (2p sofa bed) opening onto a large balcony with magnificent views of the ski area.

On level 2: a first bedroom with 2 single bunk beds and a single bed, a large master suite opening onto a balcony with 3 single beds and a bathroom with bath and toilet.

Very well equipped: wifi, a TV in the living room, a 2nd TV to play with the console in the large bedroom, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, induction hob, vacuum cleaner, filter and Tassimo coffee makers, raclette set, fondue set, waffle iron.
