Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late departures without prior approval will incur a fine of $50 for every 30 minutes past 10:00 AM.
Pets must be on a lease when outside. Clean up pet's waste. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage to the home, furnishings, or linens.
A minimum charge of $200 may be assessed for pet damage and/or excessive cleaning. Additional charges may apply if damage exceeds $200.
