This duplex apartment features a kitchen and dining area on the upper level, overlooking the living space with a long, south-facing balcony offering panoramic views of the Tarentaise Valley. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on this level.

On the lower level, a living room opens onto a south-facing terrace, providing access to two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Rentals run from Saturday at 2:30 PM to the following Saturday before 10:00 AM.

Linens are available for an additional fee of €25 per person.

The tenant is responsible for the end-of-stay cleaning; an additional service can be requested at an extra cost of 95 euros to ensure this cleaning.

Wonderful chalet - perfect location

Thank you Eric for letting us stay in your wonderful chalet. It was in a fantastic location, close to all the amenities in Les Eucherts, and just a short walk to the closest ski lifts. It was a lovely apartment with a homely feel, and perfectly suited to two families. We were genuinely sad to leave, and would happily stay there again if we could. Thank you again!

Bel appartement qui commence Ă  montrer son Ăąge

L'appartement est vraiment beau et spacieux. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est à disposition. La communication avec le propriétaire est rapide et facile. Les deux terrasses exposées plein sud avec vue sur la vallée de la Tarentaise sont un gros plus. Seul bémol, l'appartement aurait vraiment besoin d'un rafraßchissement. Plusieurs lumiÚres ne fonctionnent pas, le silicone des douches est super moisi, la bouilloire a un interrupteur cassé, etc. Donc si le propriétaire pouvait faire un petit effort dans l'appartement, ce serait le meilleur appartement que j'ai jamais loué pour aller skier.

Superbe semaine de ski entre amis

Un grand merci à notre hÎte et aux équipes pour l'accueil qui nous a été réservé. Le propriétaire a été trÚs arrangeant quant à nos contraintes notamment en ce qui concernait notre arrivée. L'appartement est fidÚle aux photos, fonctionnel et de bon goût. Il bénéficie en plus d'une localisation exceptionnelle à 1 minute de toutes les commodités (forfaits, ESF, remontées, location de skis, épicerie etc). Je vous recommande grandement cet hébergement si vous souhaitez profiter des Eucherts dans un bel endroit !

Superbe appartement dans un cadre magnifique

Merveilleux sĂ©jour de deux semaines en Ă©tĂ© dans ce trĂšs bel appartement sur deux niveaux. Appartement trĂšs propre, bien agencĂ©, spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ©, avec une vue splendide et une exposition plein sud pour le balcon et la terrasse. TrĂšs bon emplacement permettant un dĂ©part Ă  pied vers de nombreuses et trĂšs belles randonnĂ©es pour tous niveaux. A proximitĂ© immĂ©diate Ă  pied du centre des Eucherts et celui de la RosiĂšre par la liaison de la forĂȘt. La route en contrebas est un peu bruyante quand il y a du passage mais c’est finalement une gĂȘne qu’on oublie vite face Ă  la beautĂ© de tout le reste! Nous avons passĂ© des vacances extra et nous avons hĂąte d’y sĂ©journer Ă  nouveau, en Ă©tĂ© ou en hiver.

Chaleureux duplex trÚs bien situé

Bel appartement, trĂšs lumineux, joliment dĂ©corĂ©, sur deux Ă©tages avec 4 chambres pouvant accueillir facilement 8-10 personnes. Magnifique vue sur toute la vallĂ©e, avec un balcon et une terrasse. Cuisine bien agencĂ©e et fonctionnelle. 3 salles d’eaux et un WC sĂ©parĂ© sont des atouts. Bonne relation avec le propriĂ©taire, facile d’accĂšs et gestion pas compliquĂ©e avec la gĂ©rante pour la prise et remise des clĂ©s sur place. Chaleureux appartement de style chalet

Nous étions un groupe de 10 amis et nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement A8. L'appartement est bien agencé et trÚs agréable, avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée et le Mont Pourri. L'emplacement est également idéal, à 2 minutes à pieds du départ des remontées et des commerces. L'appartement était également trÚs calme. Communication trÚs simple avec le propriétaire et la personne qui gÚre la location. Seul détail : le casier à ski ne fermait pas à notre arrivée, mais un autre casier était libre et nous a été mis à disposition immédiatement. 5 étoiles !
