The accommodation features a living room with a kitchen and dining area opening directly onto a long, south-facing balcony offering panoramic views of the Tarentaise Valley. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on this level.

There is also a hallway with closets and a toilet.

Rentals run from Saturday at 2:30 PM to the following Saturday before 10:00 AM.

Linens are available for an additional fee of €25 per person.

End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. An additional cleaning service is available for an extra charge of €75.

Superb chalet at foot of slopes

Great apartment for 6 of us. Location is perfect. 5 min walk to ski lifts and shops at Les Eucherts. Fabulous view across the valley from the balcony. Well equipped, very comfortable and plenty of room and storage for all of us. Great to have 2 shower rooms and separate loos. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location very close to the ski lifts, ski shops, small supermarket and a few bars & restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable for a family of four with beautiful views from the balcony down the valley. Having a parking space out the front of the apartment block is a great bonus.Communication with Eric the owner was excellent. The only negative would be the wifi, the signal is very poor and is sometimes hard to pick up. Also, bear in mind that bed linen & towels have an extra charge, along with an end of stay cleaning fee.We had a great time and would certainly stay here again.

Fabulous apartment with amazing views

This apartment is super- it’s spacious, has a double bedroom plus a kids room with bunk beds plus a single bed. There’s also a double bed settee in the living room with magnificent views and a double balcony. Kitchen area has dishwasher and a combi microwave/ conventional oven plus 4 ring hob. Well set up for 6-7 people though we were 4. 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets v useful. Loads of storage and just 1 level down from front entrance. Parking space included.the hamlet of Eucherts is delightful with shops cafes etc 2 mins walk. Hiking from the door in summer - a real alpine gem - many thanks Eric for a wonderful stay.

Tres Agreable

Nous avons apprecie etre du cote calme de la station et si proche des pistes. La vue du balcon est tres plaisante et l'appartement bien equipe. Le parking long-terme gratuit est tres proche. Bponne communication aussi bien avec le proprietaire qu'avec la gerante. Merci!

Logement très propre et avec une très belle vue de la terrasse. Bonne literie (nous n'avons pas testé le canapé lit). Quelques belles randonnées accessibles autour ou avec un peu de voiture vers le col du Petit St Bernard et l'Italie.

Tout simplement parfait

Un appartement hyper fonctionnel propre et joli (nous étions 3 mais aurions pu être plus car 3 lit simples dans l'une des chambre et canapé lit dans le salon) idéalement situé aux Eucherts et surtout une vue à couper le souffle. Un grand merci au propriétaire!

Super appartement avec vue

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans ce bel appartement à La Rosière (côté Eucherts)! A quatre (2 enfants + 2 adultes), nous avons profité de la magnifique vue à 180 degrés sans vis-à-vis. Le logement est cosy et bien équipé. Place de parking devant le chalet et emplacement idéal pour démarrer la journée de ski complètent le tableau. A recommander!

Joli résidence mais pas à la Rosière qui est à 1km à pied, les randonnées sont très belles mais c'est une station pour l'hiver cette année beaucoup de travaux aux alentours qui vont retirer son charme à 'endroit

Superbe semaine !!

Nous avions déjà loué l'appartement A8 l'été dernier, cette année nous y sommes revenus en prenant l'appartement A4 ! L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description, il était propre et tout était parfait. La station était calme fin juillet et tant mieux c'est ce que nous étions venus chercher du calme pour pouvoir se reposer et se ressourcer. Je ne peux que vous conseillez de vous arrêter mangé une glace, ou une crêpe aux 3 Ours ( juste à côté de la patinoire!) les gérants sont adorables et les glaces sont terriblement délicieuses ! N'hésitez pas à vous arrêtez à l'Ancolie, devant ça ne paie pas de mine mais ils ont une terrasse derrière à vous coupez le souffle et la tarte à la myrtilles n'en parlons même pas !!!!! Bref une fois de plus nous avons passé une agréable semaine à la Rosière !!

Un petit bijou d appartement

Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment trés agréable dans cet appartement qui est en tous points conforme aux photos et au descriptif . La vue est splendide à toute heure du jour et de la nuit, le panorama, spectaculaire. Le grand balcon permet d en profiter en toutes saisons. La cuisine est extrèmement bien équipée et les rangements nombreux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement en coeur de station, a peine 5mn pour rejoindre le départ des cours de ski. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir au Grand Tetras.
