This upscale cottage is furnished with luxury linens, stylish furnishings and offers an open floor plan with a queen bed, large closet, and oversized bathroom with an accessible shower. The living area is equipped with large picture windows, microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, smart TV, and has a large attached deck with a fireplace that looks onto unobstructed views of the Truckee River. This elegant and luxurious cottage is perfect for your next escape!

Excellent cottage

We stayed for one of the weekends for Hot August Nights. It is an amazing cottage right on the river. It’s beautiful and has a deck with a fire pit. Highly recommend!!

Truckee River Beauty

Beautiful tiny house in RV resort. This is a must place to stay! Deck facing the Truckee River is the high point of this property. Don’t expect much from the kitchen, bare minimum. Think of it as more of a hotel. But we looked for past that because we just wanted to relax. Beautiful!!!

Absolutely the best!!

Cutest tiny home on the Truckee River. We stayed for hot August nights and let me tell you it had everything you could need for all the little touches of a homie feel. Perfect seclusion just far enough off of the strip and secure enough with outdoor cameras and gates with a beautiful porch. Every amenity a home could offer. This was such a perfect getaway and couldn't have been happier with the decision we made to stay at this "Pearl". Would stay again.

Lovely Cabin

It was our first experience in a tiny home. It was a pleasant surprise. The Pearl was very nice and super clean. We loved all the windows. We had a huge deck overlooking the river and mountains. The RV camp was pleasantly surprising too. It was nice and clean, well-maintained and secure. We were a bit hesitant, because we had never stayed in this type of lodging before. We quickly realized that we had been missing out though. We will definitely do it again!

Valentine’s Weekend Getaway!

We arrived at night after check in hours but were able to find the cottage and parking easily. When finding this place it’s a little different once you realize the location because this cottage and one more are across the actual estate and near other RV homes. The access codes and keys were easy to access and we were able to take in all of our belongings right away to get settled. The walk from the car to inside was very short so plus for that. Once inside everything was so clean there was plenty of closet space and we had 4 carry on sized suitcases. The lighting was great all throughout and the bed was soooo comfortable! No tv in room which would have been nice but the one in the living room worked well and was a smart TV. The water temp was a little slow but the water did warm up. The kitchen worked great we were able to cook 2 dinners and a breakfast how it was planned. The fridge was a huge plus. Bring extra cups/plates and utensils if you plan on cooking. It was nice having two sides to enter/exit through. Overall perfect place for two people and near the casinos while still being quiet. Thank you Elm Estate for the complimentary baked goods and food!

Beautiful view of the river

Pearl is a cute “tiny house” with an outstanding view of the Truckee river from a large picture window. The home boasts a large deck, kitchen, living room and bedroom. The mattress from very comfortable and the appointments tasteful. Wi-Fi was a little spotty and TV was through free TV or your Netflix, Amazon, etc accounts. You are located in a trailer park where it seems people actually live there but they seemed to be decent people who don’t bother anyone, for example didn’t hear any dogs barking or people yelling. Unit has private parking and is closest to 2nd Street and you could faintly hear traffic but it wasn’t overwhelming. The location is only a 5 minute drive to downtown and a few more minutes to University of Nevada, Reno. Would stay here again if in the area.

Perfect for a one-nighter

We absolutely loved our stay. The cute home was perfect for a night in Reno: close to the airport, comfortable bed and sparkling clean. I especially appreciate the warm bedding so we didn’t need to turn the heater on overnight. The water in the shower took a bit to warm up but my husband and I were able to each take a hot shower no problem. We’d come back again, though for longer stays we’d want the curtains in the bedroom to be switched to something like the drapes in the living room - when I got up to use the toilet at 2:30 am, I thought it was daytime because of the lights outside the home!

Very tiny however extremely clean and easy to locate. There was a decided lack of plates, cups etc. however by only staying 1 evening it was not an issue.
