Since your stay, we have addressed the outdoor landscaping concerns, including overgrown grass. Due to back to back guest and unsettling weather in Reno, our gardner is delayed sometimes.... We also appreciate you bringing attention to the front entry steps and lack of handrail. While the home may not be ideal for guests with mobility limitations, which is stated in the description on VRBO. we are reviewing possible improvements and will make the listing details clearer to help future guests make informed decisions. We also understand the frustration regarding the different TV systems in the bedrooms. We are currently preparing simple, step-by-step instructions for all televisions and home features to make the experience easier for future guests. We value your feedback as it helps us improve the guest experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns.

I would like to clarify that the listing does state there is no garage access and that the washer/dryer amenities are not included. The property is also located in a residential neighborhood, as described in the listing. While occasional neighborhood noise is outside of our control, we understand it may not have been a fit for you. We appreciate you leaving the property in good condition and regret that you chose to shorten your reservation. Thank you so much for your stay. I hope you enjoyed the snow generally when people come it’s not snowing here…. Thank you for the heads up about having an extra mat. I will have somebody look at the gutter and I will definitely look into getting more every day glasses.:) this VRBO is rented out more than not… I haven’t had this type of feedback before, but I will take everything into consideration to making it the best VRBO TO STAY IN :)

I'm glad you appreciated the early check-in, found the beds comfortable, enjoyed the air conditioning, and were able to use the complimentary coffee pods during your stay. I was disappointed to read your comments regarding cleanliness, as we take great pride in maintaining the home and have consistently received positive feedback from other guests. I made it very clear in the description of our VRBO that this is our vacation home as well and you will find some condiments in the fridge that any guest is welcome to use.... Had I been made aware of these concerns during your seven-day stay, I would have gladly arranged to address them promptly at a time that worked for you. I completely understand that you preferred not to have anyone enter the home while you were away, and I respect that decision. When you contacted me about the Roku TVs, I responded right away and offered assistance, including helping you find alternative accommodations since you said that the tv's is what helps you fall asleep at night.... but happy you figured out that you had to sign in to them. This is the first I'm hearing of this and our home is rented back to back...... I'm sorry the hot water and screen door did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing those maintenance items to our attention, and they will be inspected and addressed.
