At the heart of the 'Pierres Dorées' area in the Beaujolais, 1,5 km from the lovely village of Charnay, single storey furnished studio in traditional house built of local golden stone, also including 2nd gite. On same property as owner's house. Easily accessed from Lyon & Villefranche. Large open plan living room/ kitchen/ lounge (telephone point), sleeping area (double bed), shower room/ wc. Heating: electric & wood. Outdoors: terrace, garden & boules set shared with 2nd gîte, parking, barbecue, sunbeds. Tasting of the Beaujolais wines and sale on-site. Charge for pet: 7€/day.

Es war ein einfaches aber schönes Ambiente. Die Klimaanlage war bei einer Außentemperatur von 38 Grad ein Segen. Man konnte wunderbar draußen frühstücken oder zu Abend essen. In August ist eine Boulangerie etwas weiter weg da die kleinen Bäckereien im Urlaub sind. Der Blick über das Wein Tal ist sehr schön und nachts kann man wunderbar die Sterne zählen.
