Stylish Modern Gem

Loved the view! Even cloudy & rainy days bright with the floor to ceiling views of the port. The neighborhood rich with history — a short walk to Le Panier — gas well as nearby bakery, wine shops, and groceries. Museums, tourist office all within a 15 minute walk. Check in and out easy and hospitable. We will definitely return. Mary L

Great location, but a few points

Excellent spot and walkable to the old city and of course the port. But, the air conditioning cannot keep up during summer days. It was exceedingly hot inside while sleeping. Yes, there was a heat wave, but I think the apartment would be very hot on most summer days. Also, the unit is loud with cars and motorbikes. We weeent too bothered with the noise, but for those who week extreme quiet when sleeping, this isn’t the place for you. Overall incredibly happy with our stay.

Difficult Entry Into Building

Although the location was very convenient and the view on the old Port was beautiful, getting into the building was very difficult and frustrating. The main door lock was tricky to unlock and the bottom of the door was broken and did not completely open the whole 5 nights we were there. Getting into the apartment itself was challenging at times - the lock mechanism works differently than in North America. As such, ensure you ask the property manager to spend the time to show you how to open it before they leave. The parking is not included and the cost to park (just 2 min walk) was very expensive - $125 euros for 5 nights! On a positive note, the apartment is spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We were met at the apartment to check-in which was a plus.

Séjour de rêve à Marseille

Que rêver de mieux pour un séjour à Marseille ! A travers les grandes baies vitrées vous voyez déjà la plupart des lieux emblématiques de la ville sans vous déplacer. Extraordinaire ! L'appartement est agréable et très bien décoré. La literie est confortable et pratiquement rien ne manque dans l'équipement. Nous recommandons chaudement.
