Great spot for 2 parents, 4 kids, grandpa and a dog. The kid bunk room in the basement was a great bonus and gave adults and kids some extra space. Will definitely return!
This property has plenty of space and privacy for a family with guests. The views are great. Location is close to the Safeway in Fraser. But the interior needs some deep cleaning and TLC.

Great place for the family
Perfect place for you and the kids. So much space for the kids and nice to have a garage to get out of the snow. Easy drive to the ski resort and no strange checkout tasks or instructions. As easy as leaving a hotel. Would stay again.
Condo was in a great location! Owner answered all my questions in a timely manner. Only negative thing was the water didn’t stay hot very long so most of us had to take cold showers

We loved it!
We have stayed in Winter Park or Fraser over the past 10 summers and this was our best stay yet! This condo was so well equipped, I didn't need to ask for extra anything or buy anything for my stay. This was also the most functional well-stocked kitchen I've stayed in as well. It was a beautiful, well-lit and clean place. The pillows were comfy, the view was lovely, and we were close to everything in town. We will definitely try to stay again next year!

This property is truly remarkable, with impeccable spaciousness and maintenance that exude an unmistakable sense of care and affection. Both the upper and lower decks offer a breathtaking view of the mountains. To elevate your relaxation to the next level, the private hot tub nestled on the lower deck—an ideal oasis after a thrilling day on the slopes. With three bedrooms and three well-appointed bathroom/showers, your quest for the perfect vacation retreat concludes here. It genuinely embodies the essence of a home away from home. The Lujan's
Overall, the property was as expected and summarized in the listing. We are in Winter Park most weekends and our stay at this condo was enjoyable and comfortable. Access to the ski hill, grocery and other amenities is great. Our only issue was the hot water ran out after 2 showers so we had wait another 30 minutes for the tank to refill. Also, the hot tub didn't hold a temperature above 90. Other than that, our stay was great.

Invest in some pillows and beds!
Condo was great, great layout, but owner needs to invest in the beds, pillows, hot water heater, and quantity of coffee mugs and utensils. Pillows were the most disappointing aspect. There were not enough for 9 people, and the ones they had were basically flat and horrible. Rough sleeping for the entire group.

Overall Met Our Needs Enjoyed Our Family Time
Met majority of our needs. Well kept. Bunk room great for kids. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking but small not a lot of counter space. Hot water was big issue for family of six. Tank seemed to only allow 2 showers less than 10 min. Learned hard way first day trying to get up, ready and out door. 2 of 4 trying to shower had to take very cold showers. Had to plan out showers rest of time to give enough time for hot water.Jacuzzi after day of skiing and tubing was amazing. They don’t provide towels for jacuzzi and ask guests not to wash the shower towel they provide each guest. Glad we asked ahead and brought our own but a big inconvenience having to pack our own towels. While only a few miles from the ski area the traffic anytime 12pm to 8pm to or from Winter Park town or village was insane due to all the lights and convergence to a single lane road. Coming or going was always 35-45 min sitting to go 2 or 3 miles. of traffic. Billage or town

Great place!
This is a beautiful townhome that is close to everything! It has a great layout for with a bedroom on each floor so there is quite a bit of privacy. Don’t miss the sunset on the deck - you get a beautiful view of the mountains/valley. I will definitely be back!
Great house but previous renters must have had a dog. The entire 3rd floor was FULL of dog hair. We had to spend more than an hour vacuuming the entire living room area, especially the couch, before anyone could enjoy the space. Also, its time for new pots and pans unless you want some copper in your food!

First time with a VACASA property
I have used VRBO for many years and have always been extremely satisfies. The lustinfs were accurate, clean and always great experiences. When I booked this trip I booked on VRBO but then soon found this was through VACASA. I AM NOT IMPRESSED. You should reconsider your relationship, they do not have the same standards. This property was NOT well kept. Thick dust throughout. Many paper signs plastered on walls telling you what nit to do. They definitely learned their management from Tom Sawyer. They have signs posted all over on how to clean up after use and take care of the property when their own service does a horrible job of keeping this property clean and functioning. Not a fan of VACASA.

Great location, spacious, clean
We stay in Fraser often, and this was one of our favorite units yet. The location is great overlooking the valley, the unit is spacious with a huge kid's room in the basement, and it was clean. Also, it has a huge hot tub, which was super convenient. It's also pet-friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, lots of little annoyances
Loved this Condo and the location. Great view and trails nearby!! Horrible internet and never received help on this issue…all instructions say reset the router and no one could locate it (in our group or with management company). Hot tub was broken and we were promised a technician for 5 days snd no one came. We got a refund for the hot tub fee but it was a primary reason for selecting this property so that was disappointing. No extra TP or paper towels or trash bags and had to buy our own. We are very frustrated with all this snd eonder why we paid so much for “service” and “management “ fees. We feel ripped off.

Frazier townhouse
The layout was wonderful, the home was very clean and well maintained. Great location. The only downsides were it was confusing how to adjust the hot tub temp. That was half the reason we booked this house. The other things were figuring out how to get hot water for the shower. Turned it was labeled backwards. the cold was hot and the hot was cold in the lower level bathroom. All in all now that we know the quirks we would definitely rent it again. My only suggestion would be have instructions near the hot tub and a note about the hot and cold water.

Horrible Experience Through Vacasa
The condo was relatively clean, but the hot tub was a mess. Thick, murky film on the top of it and didn’t get above 89 degrees! Additionally, the WIFI code provided didn’t work so we had to use our data all weekend. I tried to reach out to the Vacasa team multiple times during these realizations but sat on hold for over 30 minutes (on each call) before giving up.
Finally, we left a couple of personal items there, like a pasta maker on the counter, and haven’t been able to retrieve them due to the lack of customer service. After sitting on the phone for a Vacasa agent for nearly an hour, I finally heard from someone and their response was they’d “call me back” - it’s been 2 weeks with no call back. Safe to say I’ll be looking at the property manager before booking through this app.
Property was just as pictured and we appreciated the attention to cleanliness. The location was central so take-out was very convenient. Only negative was the weather stripping on the front door let in so much cold air, but considering the care taken with the property, I imagine it will get fixed quickly.

Hi Jeff, we're happy to hear you enjoyed your stay in our Spruce Ridge 706D property. Please do come visit again!
This property has a lot of potential... Great layout, good location. Unfortunately, it's not being managed well. We were excited to spend a couple nights here, but were really disappointed with the cleanliness and overall care of our unit. Given this is a pet-friendly unit, we were definitely not expecting things to be spotless. But I'm confident they didn't even run a vacuum through the place before we stayed here. There were bits of food/trash on all over the floor, on the couches, under the table.. dead bugs left out. Kitchen tools were sticky and grimey. Both the coffee maker and the toaster were broken, and the fridge had a leak (which had obviously been an issue for a long time since there was a note about it posted on the fridge that did not look new). And just to top it off I found a bloody dog nail near the bed night stand. This was just a few minutes into our stay and did not match our dogs, so obviously had been left out from a previous renter. Faulty shower head, ceiling damage from the leak.. I could go on. But what really felt the worst was that Resort Management Co did not rectify these issues appropriately after several emails sharing our experience. 1/2 off the cleaning fee surely doesn't seem appropriate when the place was filthy to begin with. Unfortunately this experience has really soured things for us and we would not recommend a property managed by Resort Management Co.

We are very sorry about the issues experienced during the stay. It's not typical of our operation and we acknowledged this in offering a partial refund of the cleaning fee to make up for the cleaning that was missed. Us consistently winning best property management company in the area is also testament to these types of cleaning issues being very much the exception. We did also offer to send someone over to resolve the issues and reclean the unit, and this service was declined. The refund amount is subjective and we're very sorry you weren't happy with this resolution. We wish you had made us aware of your disappointment in this resolution rather than posting it in a review so we had an opportunity to discuss further. We have replaced the coffee maker mentioned, and tested the toaster and found no issues with it. The slight fridge leak takes absolutely no functionality away from the fridge, and we are looking into getting this minor issue fixed. The shower head issue is being discussed and will be resolved soon too. Sorry again for the issues experienced. Management @ Resort Management Group
