This town home, located at the north end of Winter Park, provides plenty of room for 4 couples or 2 families. Enjoy the convenience of walking to town from this ideal location on the Fraser Trail. A chef's kitchen, vaulted ceilings, loads of natural light, heated attached garage, a private hot tub, gas fireplace, spacious living room, entertainment center, wireless internet & cable, all within steps of the free shuttle to the resort.

You'll love the easy access to everything the valley offers from Telemark Court. You're an easy 10 minute stroll from shopping, entertainment and restaurants, a short block from the free ski shuttle, 2 miles from the slopes, 30 minutes from incredible Rocky Mountain National Park, and 90 minutes from DIA. Hiking or snow shoeing, down hill or cross country skiing, fly fishing or tubing, golf or snowmobiling, boating, rafting, tennis or ice fishing, its all available in the neighborhood. It doesn't get any more convenient than this!

Condo has a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with a gas stove and microwave, 4 bedrooms, and 3 baths. Two private primary suites each have a TV and a private bath, and overlook the Fraser River. The top master also has a steam shower. The third and fourth bedrooms, have queen beds and an adjacent bath. Add family and friends for a perfect vacation retreat.

Located in the Grand Valley carved by the Fraser River, you are surrounded by beautiful mountains- see the Continental Divide, Byers Peak, Indian Peaks and the Winter Park ski slopes. The neighborhood is level and suitable for sightseeing, easy walking and biking. Walk or bike the adjacent Fraser River Trail, which winds along the river from Tabernash to the Ski Resort. You'll find trout fishing, beaver dams and historical and biological makers in route. The Fraser River is the first tributary of the mighty Colorado River, which begins its route throughout the West in Rocky Mountain National Park. RMNP is an easy drive from the condo.

Winter Park Family Skiing

Our family spent 5 nights in this spacious townhome. The kitchen is well appointed and we cooked breakfast a couple of days and made a couple of meals at night as well. We enjoyed the slopes and fresh powder each day we skiing and the hot tub at night. We were so appreciative of Tom being able to accommodate us an extra night due to a winter storm that closed the pass and I70 down. Everything was very comfortable during our stay.

Ideal location

Great location in Winter Park. Frasier River right outside the back door. Beds were comfortable. More towels would have been nice. Communication with property owner was awesome; they really stay on top of this.

Nice fit for my family

As a multigenerational family, this place worked well for skiers and non-skiers alike. It is conveniently located near trails, restaurants, retail, and buses to the resort. At the end of the day, take the Corridor trail from the bottom of Mary Jane to ski right to the bus stop. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The garage works well for ski boots and equipment. The hot tub is well maintained, and we used it every night. Note - VRBO took 14 days after checkout to refund the security deposit to my credit card.

We're an Ohio couple who have two sons who chose to go to college in Colorado. We fell in love with the area and discovered Winter Park. We loved the laid-back, affordable atmosphere, and our ski-crazy kids think Winter Park is among the best ski mountains in the West. We love the easy access to town, and the Fraser River views.

Why they chose this property

We upgraded to this larger property ten years after buying our first mountain condo a couple miles down the road in Fraser. We love the tranquil setting! Surrounded by mountains and the soothing sounds of the Fraser River, you can walk to everything- the grocery, shops, restaurants, recreation center, movies, bowling and shuttle to the slopes.

What makes this property unique

We believe The Telemark is the nicest complex in the area. It offers deluxe amenities, best location, and is kept in very nice condition by the association and owners. Fabulous location!
