This one-bedroom condo is located at Base Camp One, our premier ski-in/ski-out property. This condo sleeps four people, offering a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size murphy bed in the living room. Gather for a movie around the gas fireplace or enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the private patio. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing all of your favorite meals, and you can gather around your large dining room table to enjoy them!

WHAT’S NEARBY
This condo is within walking distance of many amenities and activities at Granby Ranch. Skiing, hiking, and mountain biking trails surround the property. Spend a day fishing on the private stretch of the Fraser River or tee off at the Granby Ranch Golf Course. Head to the heated outdoor pool and hot tub (open seasonally throughout the year) to relax after a day of mountain adventures. Please note that covered parking is in a shared garage and is available for one vehicle.

* No bathtub, shower only
** As of May 1st, all renters must purchase a $10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full-benefit member's home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location!

The condo was beautiful, well appointed and stocked. Location was great. You walked out back door and walked 20 yards to lift line. Covered garage and ski locker included, but you have to pay for use of pool and hot tub daily.

We stayed three nights over the holidays. The kitchen is fully stocked. The condo was very clean. It was great to have a queen bed, murphy bed and couch pull out. Base camp is always the best place to stay. Having a heated garage is golden!!!

We were not able to enter unit at 4pm check in time The electronic code to door did not work Help center took over 1/2 hour to answer Then they sent me to the garage twice Lost phone connection Had to call back in Took another 40 min for someone to answer Never did get electronic keypad to work We were delayed access to unit for hours on New Year’s Eve 20 kids running up and down hall and pushing every button on elevator A single family took over the community room for our entire stay No one physically onsite to hep with any issues Horrible exoeruence

Home Away From Home

Loved everything about our stay. Loved the area, safe parking garage, easy access, clean and comfortable bed and space, well stocked. If I had to list any cons, it would be that there is construction going on and lots of mud( when it rains) but the good outweighed the inconvenience of progress. We would stay here again!! Thank you for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

Great place, but paid extra for late checkout and had issues with that

The property was great. Everything we needed was there. My one issue was that we paid for late checkout, but the cleaning crew showed up early and we wound up having to leave sooner than planned or paid for. I requested a refund through vacasa’s email, but never received a response. The cleaning crew had no idea about our late checkout.

Cozy ski in ski out

1 bedroom and a murphy were prefect for our family of 4. The condo was great. Everything was super clean. The movie selections for kids and adults alike were great (not that we spent much time in the room).
