Located less than a mile from downtown Winter Park, this condo is a wonderful place to begin your next Rocky Mountain getaway, boasting covered parking, easy access to the Winter Park Resort shuttle, a community hot tub, and comfortable furnishings.
Kick off your ski boots or hiking shoes and make yourself at home in this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. Prepare your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy it around the dining table as you recap the day’s adventures, and step out onto the patio to unwind and take in the stunning alpenglow. The pleasantly furnished living room, which is open to the kitchen and dining area, has a flatscreen TV for your evening entertainment.
Retreat to the master bedroom with a cushy king-size bed, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom. Adjacent to the living room are the guest bedroom - with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a full trundle bed - and the full guest bathroom. There's a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room as well.
This condo is located in downtown Winter Park, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and festivals. Drive four miles, or hop on the free Lift shuttle, to Winter Park Resort for winter and summer fun. You'll also be a scenic, 45-minute drive from the Grand Lake/west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.

Was a great home base about 5 minutes from the mountain for our ski trip. Beautiful view off the deck. Place is a little dated but that was no problem at all for my group. A great place for the price. Would recommend it.

It was mostly clean. Kitchen was extremely old- kitchen counter lament was peeling off. TV remote did not work- couldn't turn off TV so unplugged it to turn off. 3rd floor unit so lots of steps.

Color me unimpressed. It has the feel of your grandma's place who hasn't updated anything since 1980. I think it's a corporate owned property because there is no personal charm to it whatsoever. Here are the complaints: the water heater does not have near enough capacity, no toaster, was told at reservation the fireplace doesn't work (I rented three months ago -- why can't they fix it in 3 months?), the box fan did not work, nobody chips out the ice in front of the door, the map for location services online does not match where the property is so nobody can find it. Just overall a 3 property. I've stayed at much better in WP.

Disappointing at best!
Communication by text about issues in the condo got a “formatted response” that sounded like it was coming from a bot. The matter was referred to “local management” and then results were poor. A non-functioning toaster was replaced with another non-functioning toaster. We never had toast during the 5 days we were there. An 8 cup coffee pot that brewed but didn’t make hot coffee was replaced with a very small 5 cup (more like 2-3 large mugs) pot for a condo that can house 9?

This is a wonderful condo with a great location. The owner was so great about communication and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay. It was spacious and easy for two people.
We didn't use the shuttle, but it was easy to drive to the ski resort. Everything in town is very accessible.
The reason for only 4 stars is that the kitchen could use some equipment upgrades. The knives were terrible. There was one measuring spoon and no measuring cups.
This seems to be a problem in 95% of places I rent. Why can't hosts supply the rental with decent knives and cooking equipment?
One more thing that was weird is the first morning we were there we got a knock on the door that it was Maintenance. We had not asked for Maintenance nor had anyone told us Maintenance was coming. I didn't let him in but asked through the door what he needed. He asked if we had trouble with any leaks or clogged sinks. I said no and that was that.
Otherwise, great place and I would stay again.

Decent option for Winter Park
We stayed at Timber Run Evergreen 9 between Christmas and New Years 2021. The unit is convenient to Main Street although maybe not walking distance if it's especially cold - and it's uphill on the way back. We chose to drive to Winter Park resort so we could have covered parking but the bus stop is just in front of the complex. It was nice to have covered parking at the unit.
The unit itself was adequate. We did have to buy batteries for the TV remote but everything else in good working order. Size wise would be great for a family with 2-3 kids as the second bedroom has a really great bunk bed set up.
While everything worked, the unit is a bit on the older side. But the price/value ratio is appropriate. It is disclosed but worth reiterating that the unit is on the third floor with some relatively narrow stairs to walk up and down.
One tip for the owner - it would be nice to have a bit more information on the unit itself available - for example how to work the TV/Satellite remote, various light switches, etc.
