The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a wingback chair, arranged around the gas fireplace, ideal for unwinding in the evening or watching your favorite films and television programs on the flat-screen smart TV. From this space, you can step out onto the private deck, where guests can make use of the BBQ grill and enjoy the breathtaking forest landscape, as well as vistas of the Continental Divide. Additionally, there is a queen sofa sleeper, and please note that the unit does not have air conditioning.
The open-concept layout also encompasses a dining area that seats up to four guests at the table, with four more seats available at the breakfast bar, all while relishing the forest view from the large window. The updated, fully equipped kitchen contains everything needed for meal preparation during your visit, featuring new countertops, cabinets, and appliances.
The master bedroom is appointed with a king-sized bed, a generous closet, and a remodeled en-suite bathroom that includes dual vanities and a tub/shower enclosure. There is also a second full bathroom with a tub and shower enclosure located in the main hallway.
Building number 3 is where the unit is situated, offering effortless access to the main clubhouse, with the free town shuttle stop just a stone’s throw away.
