About this property

Quaint Oceanfront Condo, on the Beach!

Adorable, ocean front condo, sleeps 8 but there is a fire code condominium restriction of 6 people/unit. Open air stairwell entry.

Time saved is extra time on the beach! You will love the comfort and convenience of this lovely beach front property. No need to lug and pack giant coolers of lunches and drinks for the entire day; bathroom is close. We also allow you the use of our storage locker where you are welcome to use our beach toys and gear, saving you the trouble of carting home sandy gear in your car. This is a low-rise condo of only 12 units resulting in a beachfront that is less crowded than other high-rise properties.

Great location half way between Bethany Beach and downtown Ocean City. Half an hour ride from the Rehobeth outlets and across the street from North Side Park, where one can bike, roller skate, jog, fish, crab and kids can play on a huge play ground when the beach gets to be enough. For those who are really into sports, Northside Park has a community center with outdoor exercise equipment, indoor basketball court as well as multiple sports fields.

This is not just a rental, it is our second home and we treat it with the love and care of our main residence. We hope you will come to love it and enjoy your stay as much as we do.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please mail key back to: Alicia Lynch 8496 Reservoir Road Fulton, MD 20759 (Can use regular mail, but please use bubble envelope)
Please set temp to 78 in summer and 52 in winter upon check out
Make sure gas stove is turned off!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please wash dishes and take out trash before you leave
Please bring your own sheets and towels. Since Covid people have been bringing their own blankets however there are some stored above closets
Use bunk bed at your own risk. Owner is not liable for any injury. Top bunk is not to exceed weight of 160 pounds per manufacturer

Lovely condo just steps from the beach. The place has everything you need for a relaxing family getaway. Great places to eat within walking distance. Take the kids to Northside park after dinner or go back to the beach again!

Perfect Location

The location here is everything, especially when traveling with a young child! The condo was well equipped with cooking supplies and beach supplies - we really didn’t need to bring anything! The queen bed was a tad but uncomfortable for our taste, but was manageable for a few nights. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to anyone traveling with a young child!

Great property right on the beach

Wonderful location, very easy walk to the beach, convenient parking, clean, very responsive host. A bit tight for 5 tall people - the bunk bed didn’t work for us, but we moved one of the extra mattresses to the floor. Great place for our quick beach visit.
