We have been visiting Nantucket since 1998 and recently built this in town location to be positioned close to the harbor, commerce, dining and the Great Harbor Yacht Club

Why they chose this property

There is very little new construction in downtown Nantucket. Visitors are actively seeking modern conveniences to work remotely and stay in touch with the outside world. This home is equipped with excellent cable and WIFI and Sonos capabilities. The property was landscaped to provide seclusion from the surrounding homes and offers 2 car free parking in downtown area.

What makes this property unique

This newly constructed home has all the modern amenities and is located in the downtown area of Historic Nantucket. It was built for simplicity and to provide a relaxing escape from the mainland.
