Great for large groups, full of outdoor amenities in the most desirable location between town and Cisco Brewery. Only need to pack your clothing!

CAR FERRY: 1 transferrable reservation per week in July or August only

PROPERTY: 1 private acre, beautifully landscaped yard surrounding pool.

Pool House: 2 outdoor showers, tons of pool floats & Games. Pool: 20x40 heated saltwater pool, with automatic cover (very safe for kids!)

AMAZING LOCATION: Walk & bike everywhere - 15 min walk to town, 10 min bike to Brewery.

HOUSE: 4,550 sq ft, with multiple living and dining areas

BEDROOMS: 5 total, with 2 true master suites, great for multifamily or large groups.

BATHROOMS: 4 full and 2 half, all new, including 3 ensuite and 2 half baths.

AMENITIES: Save $1,500+ in rental fees with 10 included adult bikes.

BEACH READY: 10 beach chairs, beach and pool floats and games, as well as plenty of in-house games and activities.

We purchased this home in the Fall of 2014. This house has been a very fun and special project for us, and we enjoy sharing our home with both repeat and new visitors to the island.
