Beautiful home enjoyed very much by our family. Well appointed kitchen. The deck on the boathouse is amazing and a gorgeous setting to relax and comfortably enjoy the beauty of Lake Rabun while catching a football game on the large screen tv. Our grandchildren loved catching brim off the dock and making s’mores at the fir pit. They were very excited by the “house cookies” greeting us on arrival, having remembered them from our first visit last year. We rented a pontoon boat for great boat rides and also visited beautiful Minnehaha Falls.

The lake house is so beautiful and has everything you would need. Troy and Cheryl were the best hosts. I took my office staff for a weekend getaway and everyone couldn’t get over how much thought was put into every detail of this house. You will not be disappointed to stay here for a week or a weekend.

Amazing views - Covered deck and uncovered deck -Pull up/tie off for rented pontoon - Screened in porch with lake view - Tons of fun lake toys and life vests - Quiet/calm/no wake side of lake - Ceiling fans inside and out - Fun board Games, great kitchen with all gourmet level equipment, washer/dryer, easy trash disposal, great beds - and plenty of them, parking for four cars, dine inside or out, stream music inside/out, watch tv inside/out Great host kindest arrival welcome gift. This place is beyond incredible! The house, the dock, the lake, it’s all right there. All bedrooms had a wonderful view of the lake and there was plenty of room for my whole family. My youngest brother especially loved the loft area. We practically lived on top of the boathouse. It is a very well stocked and loved home with so many modern amenities. We especially loved the Sonos speakers to connect to on the dock and in the home. This part of Lake Rabun was so calm (we grew up on the big water part of Burton and had found ourselves longing for less boat traffic). We brought our paddle boards and used the house kayaks on multiple adventures. Also the blue floating pad was a huge hit. We ended a couple of our nights by the fire pit on the dock which was so magical. We can’t wait to vacation here again next summer.
