Curry Place has been newly renovated, offering 4 beautifully appointed air conditioned homes, complete with fully equipped kitchens, laundry, linens and towels, dock slips, private and shared outdoor spaces. While the property sits on 3 acres of land along the Squam Lake Channel and Route 3, its Accommodations are located in a select area to provide maximum privacy with scenic views while providing in-town convenience for our guests.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. Great property right in town on the lake. Walked across the street for dinner and drinks and grabbed lunch for the boat down the street. House was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Annie was a great host and we will be back. Thank you!!

Wonderful week on the lazy river at Squam Lakes

This property fully lived up to our expectations. The whole experience checked off all the boxes for our Family. The house was as good ,if not better, than the pictures and the layout is just great for cooking, eating, laughing and enjoying our time together. The Hosts, Annie and Rob, were so delightful and made us feel at home. Great week exploring a beautiful area!

Fun vacation spot!

This was a somewhat different type of cottage rental for our group in that there are 4 rentals on this property and 2 shared docks. Ours was an older home on a main road that has been completely renovated and updated. We had worried about privacy and noise. We were pleasantly surprised how the hustle and bustle was left behind when we shut the front door. The side deck was shielded by a fence and shrubs. The dock was right in front of us. Inside the living room had plenty of comfortable seating, the kichen was modern and stocked fairly well. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Squam Lake is a beautiful lake that is not overbuilt. We felt like we had stepped back in time at how much shoreline is protected. We rented a boat and the marina was conveniently just down the road. We also enjoyed sitting on the barge that is dockside and watching the boat traffic on the channel between Big and Little Squam. We enjoyed cruising and swimming on the lake in our own boat. Annie, our host answered every query we had in a timely manner and was very helpful in giving us ideas on where to swim. Overall we had a memorable vacation at this lovely property.

Immaculate home, fantastic location!

Curry House is well-kept, clean, and organized. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here very much. Great location on the channel, with easy access to Squam Lake and Little Squam Lake. Also very convenient (walking distance) to two restaurants (Walter's Basin and Squam Lakes Inn) and a corner store/market for sandwiches/ice cream/souvenirs (Squam Marketplace). Organized kitchen has everything you need. Comfortable beds with nice linens and towels provided. The property hosts were friendly, helpful, and available if we needed them but also gave us our privacy. Great experience!

Beautiful property in Holderness

Annie and Rob were the perfect hosts and provided everything we needed to have an excellent stay. The kitchen area was spacious and contained everything we needed to cook for the entire week including a bar area for mixed drinks. We rented a boat for the week from the local marina and loved having a dock just outside the door. Thanks again!
