Home features a full, modern kitchen, tons of closet space, on-site laundry, smart TV & internet. Private balcony equipped with a grill & deck furniture, great for sitting & enjoying the sounds & beauty of the jungle. Bodega below gives you plenty of extra storage! This home includes 1 cleaning services per month.

Just a short 10min drive to several pristine beaches. Nestled in a primary jungle, very private, gated and close to Uvita, Dominical, and the amazing culinary delights of Ojochal. Minutes to quad tours, surfing, beaches, caves, jungle tours, zip-lining, white water rafting, waterfalls abound, and more.

Located in an estate community with well maintained public roads, and only 3 kilometers up from the Coastal Highway. Within 10 minutes you are at several national and public beaches - the time varies only on how many times you stop along the road down to interact with wildlife!!

Howler & White Faced Capuchin monkeys, Parrots, Toucans, Hummingbirds, Falcons, 3 Toed-Sloths, White-nosed Coatis, colorful frogs, and a wide assortment of birds and butterflies, including the giant Blue-Morpho butterfly. Almost every morning you will enjoy these lovely creatures fluttering around your tropical paradise.

We do recommend having a 4-wheel drive.

Our property managers are Christine & Lance. Once reserved you will be given all their contact info as well as a ton of fun community info and tips about the house. You enter along a stunning tree lined driveway, secured by a beautiful gated entry, and operated by remote controls.
