Modern / new construction. Our property sits 350 meters from coastal highway in Uvita. Spectacular ocean/sunset views. 4x2 access (regular cars can access the property). Private entrance to a public road. Walk to the beach and to supermarket in 20 minutes. Cabin has A/C, TV, full kitchen, large balcony, and occasional Toucan visitors. A quiet neighborhood with easy access and relaxing ocean views.

Our stay at Villas Lambeau #1 was fantastic on all fronts. Communication was exceptional, the Villa was perfect with an amazing view, excellent bird-watching from the deck (including Tucans!), comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen, and easy access to all that we needed, including Marino Ballena National Park. We explored the area, received great recommendations, and relaxed at the Villa. It could not have been better.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the jungle and ocean. We really enjoyed the world class birdwatching from the rocking chairs on the patio/porch. Our host Scott went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us great recommendations for nearby activities and good places to eat. The property was very well maintained and felt safe. A perfect spot to rest and chill out!

Paradise in Uvita

We stayed for a month at this property. Scott, Tatiana and Sophie are perfect hosts. The cabina is perfectly situated with wide views of jungle and ocean. Sunsets from the deck are amazing. We were sorry to leave!

Birder's Dream

Great location with plenty of on-site birding. Modern amenities! Well appointed. Comfortable king sized bed. Good A/C. Lovely veranda with views of ocean and forest canopy. Scott was is a great host-very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Ideal for a Personal Retreat

For just me, it was the perfect size and setup. 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk to town. Great views and tons of birds right in front of you. I felt completely safe and at home. Owners were always available for questions and helpful in providing suggestions for the area.

The host was very friendly and accommodating and offered many recommendations for the area. The villa was perfect with a huge patio and a full kitchen that let us cook our own breakfast. The best thing that we didn’t know we needed were the two folding chairs that we took all over to be able to relax on the beach. The extra towels provided were very helpful as well. While we didn’t do any laundry, it was nice to have that option just in case.

Above and beyond!

Scott and Tatianna were excellent host! Scott took us to check out waterfalls, shared tips on moving to Costa Rica as that is something we may do. He shared many hot spots to eat (mosaic our favorite) and much more. Stay here and be delighted. The views are spectacular the property clean and welcoming😊

The site is nice a at a few minutes from Uvita. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped.Scott and Tatiana where always there to help and making sure everything is going well for us... They even bought coffee for us on the second week when we had problem finding the cups at the local grocery store.The place also have a very big covered patio, so even during the rainy days, it was pleasant to be outside.I recommend the places. It was just perfect

Wonderful getaway in Uvita

We loved staying at Villas Lambeau. This was one of the best places we stayed in Costa Rica! Communication with Scott and Tatiana was excellent from beginning to end. They were gracious, wonderful hosts. You feel like you’re in a jungle-and we could see the Pacific Ocean from our balcony! Everything was exactly as described (except maybe better-the pictures don’t do it justice)! We made great use of the fully equipped kitchen. We cooked many breakfasts and dinners there, and enjoyed sitting on the balcony eating our meals. A/C worked great and my husband was able to work remotely using the provided wifi. You are close to restaurants and beaches but feel like you’re in a secluded area. We look forward to a return visit!

Wonderful Stay

This was our first visit to Costa Rica, staying here 9 days. The location is great, close enough to the main road to be convenient but not too close. We spent most mornings on the patio, drinking coffee and enjoying the view before we headed out for the days’ activities. The cabin was lovely (even better than the pictures show) and everything worked as it should; the A/C was certainly wonderful when you came back sweaty after a day doing, well, anything. We didn’t have any issues that required communication with the owner but if we had, I don’t have any reason to think there would have been a problem. He was very responsive when I made the reservation, prior to our arrival, and even following up with us after our arrival in Uvita. In summary, my husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Even with all the Packers paraphernalia 😁

Bonheur à Uvita

Belle maison bien équipée, intime avec une vue sur la nature et la mer. Un grand patio agréable d’y séjourner et pour observer une multitude d’oiseaux. Les grandes portes vitrées de chambres nous offres un très beau réveil. Du bonheur et une tristesse de ne pas y rester plus longtemps. Scott est très accueillant et est un grand fan des Packers de Green Bay.

Absolutely beautiful

I was lucky enough to book this property for the first month of my move to Costa Rica from New York on March 1. The home is very private and peaceful with lots of bird song and spectacular sunsets. Beautiful inside and out. Very peaceful and private, yet close to things practical and adventurous. Good internet. Not surprisingly, the hosts are as delightful as their property -- not at all intrusive, but immediately responsive to all concerns and very helpful with information. You can't go wrong if you're lucky enough to stay here.

Nice Casita in a great location

We have stayed in many different houses in Costa Rica and this one rates the best. Just a few hundred meters up the road from Uvita so very easy to access. Full kitchen. Washer/Dryer. AC in the main room that also cools the kitchen. Great fans on the porch over the eating table. Scott and Tatiana were super responsive to anything we need. We will repeat.

Private wildlife viewing with comfy amenities.

We woke each morning to a variety of wild birds. Saw toucans a few times, from our balcony. They even serenaded us one morning. The rooms are spacious with good AC and well equipped. Comfy bed. We really enjoyed our time here. Dreaming of returning already.
