Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood primarily for the secluded yet terribly convenient location close to Memorial Park, Five Points, and the University of Georgia campus. I actually worked at UGA for over 10 years and enjoyed commuting through the neighborhood by bike the majority of those years.
