Our stay at this Athens VRBO was absolutely perfect for the concert weekend! The location was fantastic, close enough to easily get to the Georgia Bulldogs stadium for the Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan concert, while still being quiet and relaxing. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun girls’ getaway. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into the property, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Athens!

Great location and hosts!

My wife and I loved the location and how it was just down the road to all sorts of fun stuff downtown! The property was clean, check-in and check-out were incredibly easy. We'll definitely book again the next time we're in town!

Great spot for a quick Gameday Weekend

Great spot for a weekend visit to UGA; while not in the thick of downtown, just a short 5 minute uber down Prince Street - and actually a quiet / safe spot. Would absolutely stay there again. Great amenities as well!

Our stay at this rental in Athens worked well for the purpose of our trip, and the location was definitely the highlight. The property is very conveniently located near UGA, with easy access to downtown Athens, restaurants, and nightlife.We did have a small issue getting into the property upon arrival, and the cleanliness could have been slightly better, particularly the refrigerator. The furniture was quite small and not very comfortable, and we also found the bed less comfortable than we would have liked.Overall, the property met our needs for the stay, and you really can’t beat the location if you’re visiting UGA or want to be close to everything Athens has to offer. With some additional attention to cleaning and a few comfort upgrades, it could be a much better overall experience. Despite all that, I would definitely recommend this rental.
