Have fun with the whole family at this stylish 2 bedroom two bath condo. Great view from 1st floor lanai. Ride your bikes to the beach and restaurants. Boat launch is about 1 block away. This complex is located on the intercoastal so bring your fishing poles or just relax by the water. Large pool and fire pit, ping pong table, pool table, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

We love the water, fishing and playing golf.
Why they chose this property
You have access to the Clubhouse. The pool, the grill beside the pool and the dock outside the Clubhouse. There are lots of great restaurants in the area but, a couple within walking distance - Merks, Outriggers and Wake-Up Cafe
What makes this property unique
Very clean and quiet, has lots of amenities. Pool, club house boat ramp across the street, walk to restaurants even the beach
