New Smyrna Beach prides itself on having 48 restaurants, none of which are "chain" restaurants. A shed full of beach goodies (beach bikes, cart to carry all your beach gear chairs, canopy, toys, etc)

1 hour to Orlando and all its theme parks, 1 hour to Jacksonville beaches/airport, etc., and 15 minutes to Daytona Beach and the International Raceway (Daytona 500).

Great stay in NSB

We had a blast, the location is perfect we walked right to Flagger’s Tavern and Mermaid Cafe. NSB is the perfect little get away.

Great place for our family to stay! Both the beach and Flagler Avenue were very accessible, and having access to bikes was an added bonus. Both the house and the host were very accommodating.

Beautiful home within walking distance to the beach and Flagler Ave. We stayed almost 3 months and enjoyed New Smyrna Beach very much. The home was very well equipped. Loved having access to the bicycles and wagon for hauling things to the beach. Robert was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved our time there.

The host texted great information before we arrived. The house and amenities were awesome. We really enjoyed the accommodations in the house, the paved patio and fire pit, along with the beach chairs.

Great Place

We showed up to cozy beach style home with the inside like new everything updated very pleased very clean with the house perfect for your vacation with your family outside grill has 5 bikes for riding around the area within walking distance to Beach all of the dinning that flagler ave has to offer quit area at night will stay there again. the back deck area had outside furniture we cooked on the grill was nice also has onsite washer dryer which was nice

Fantastic weekend getaway

My family went to NSB for a quick trip so my sons & a friend could take surfing lessons. We had never been and didn’t know what to expect. The property manager, Robert, was super helpful. He provided us with a great list of recommended restaurants and things to do. He also allowed us to rent the guest cottage behind the house. It was great for our 3 young men and gave my wife and i a little more peace & quiet. The property was nice and very clean. We loved our time there and hope to go back this winter.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist ansprechend. Es ist alles für einen entspannten Urlaub vorhanden.Im Ort beginnen schon erste Wanderwege in die Vogesen.Gut Einkaufen kann man im nahegelegenden Saverne.
