Spring Training Vacation

The house was immaculate and well furnished. We enjoyed the outdoor area - grill, pool, hot tub and propane gas fire place. As a bonus to our trip, we rented the pontoon boat from the owners. It was a great house and easily accommodated 8 adults.

Girls Weekend

Very Clean and beautiful. It would have been helpful to have a little book with instructions on how to work the hot tub, lights in the house, and the shower head up stairs. The house was extremely well stocked except for big parties a large cookie sheet would be helpful. The listing did state 2 queen beds in each room which was not the case. One of the upstairs rooms had a queen bed and a couch that folded into a double bed.

Amazing house

When I first arrived at the house I was so pleased with how clean it was! The house has an amazing layout for gathering with a giant table to sit at for dinners, to a kitchen island to gather around. The outdoor space was excellent and the pool was the perfect temperature! I would definitely recommend the property to anyone i know going to Tampa! The host was quick to respond to my questions and accommodating about us getting in there with groceries a little early!!

The owners/management were incredibly responsive and fabulous to work with. It doesn't truly sleep 18 in beds, however there is a large blow up mattress that was satisfactory. Great stay for this large group.

Great house

We enjoyed this beautiful home! It was close to the airport and a lot of stores are within a 10min drive. There were 12 adults and 3 kids and we all fit comfortably. We definitely recommend and look forward to booking in the future.

July birthday Bash

We met the ower as we arrived. He allowed us to enter the property about one hour before check in. This worked well as we had a family member flying in from Philly. Home was very adequate . pool was clean and refershing. The hot tub was down but created no problem.. All in all a super place to spend time with family. Regards, Ralph

Great property and great owner

The house is beautiful and the property sits right on the canal leading to the bay. The pool and outdoor seating was perfect for my friends. The owner was there to help fix a pool issue within 15 minutes and was very friendly and easy to work with.
